I love Tepper for so many reasons! I recommend them all the time for their compression garment expertise. The pharmacy staff are personable and very helpful. I got, by far, the best prices there when I lost insurance for a little bit. They also have filled cat medicine at the absolute best prices.

I moved and switched my pharmacist and it couldn't have been easier. Craig was very helpful and made the process extremely easy. When asked about my allergies, he asked very detailed questions which assures me that I will have the proper medicine I need without having an allergic reaction. Prices for over the counter medications are better than the CVS next door. I will continue to use Tepper for all my medication needs and hope you do the same!

The most infuriating experience I have ever had as a patient and physician. Absolutely zero compassion and complete lack of respect for the patient. No direct communication with me whatsoever when they could not fill my medication. Instead, when calling to pick up a refill I learned that they could not get this anymore. Only hostility from the pharmacist with no empathy for the fact that I would be abruptly stopping a med I have been taking for a year. Simply unacceptable.

Tepper is amazing. They are always so helpful and fast with prescriptions. They’ve had antibiotics that are out at bigger pharmacies. We are so grateful for their work!

Diane at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me when I was picking up my Aunts prescription. She pointed to me and told me I need to get off the phone when I walked up to the counter. I proceeded to tell her that she was very rude and did not need to talk to me like I was a child. She told me she doesn’t need to be lectured because she is 67 years old. I asked her what her name was and she told me and also pointed to her boss who was standing behind her. So obviously he doesn’t care that she is rude to his customers. I will get my prescriptions from CVS from now on. They appreciate my business.

I went to this pharmacy to get compression socks. When I ask for assistance at the counter, one of the women who takes care of measuring customers stated that I need an appointment. She also said that the appointment had to be in the morning. I expressed to her that I worked during the day and was not able to make it in the mornings. She went on to say she was only available one Saturday a month and she just worked last Saturday. Wow, where is the customer service and going at all out to help a customer resolve a problem. I was very disappointed because I really need the compression socks. Moreover it appears that this store needs a reality check because helping customers is not their specialty, and not very pleasant.

Always an issue with refills either not correct quantity or getting invoiced for 90 day supply but only receiving 30 day supply. Invoices rarely correct. Haven't used them in almost 2 years and received a random invoice without any details. I called and was told it was a billing error and to just ignore it. Month later received it again and was told the same thing. A few months later get an invoice for $0.00 and assumed it was cleared up. Today received another invoice for $100 without any details. Been going on for almost a year now. They're obviously disorganized and it shows. Scary to think someone could get the wrong medicine.

Tepper Pharmacy is family owned, not a chain. Friendly, personalized service. Owner greeted me by name. Well staffed. There were 3 employees behind the pharmacy counter. Daily deliveries to local customers. They offer prescription coordination so all your monthly medications renew on the same day. Medication packaging sorted into daily morning and evening doses is available. Well stocked with pharmacy and health items. Wide selection of greeting cards, including Hanukkah and Christmas.

I am very sick with a respiratory problem. I was told Tepper sold nebulizers so I had a relative pick one up. The nebulizer doesn't work and Tepper said that they will not replace it. I will never buy ANYTHING from Tepper again. I am in disbelief now, I thought Tepper was a good pharmacy but it's the worst!!!

Excellent staff. I live nowhere near this pharmacy but I was turned onto it by my doctor. I deal with them strictly mail order and telephone. They are always very courteous and my always orders come promptly. I would recommend this pharmacy anytime.
