As an Army retired 25 year Veteran the staff goes above and beyond not only in just filling my prescriptions and my family’s. I also receive prescriptions from the Veterans Administration. It is great to actually talk to a actual Pharmacist who not checks to make sure that our prescriptions are filled properly but also when we pick up our prescriptions they will come to the window and educate you on how to safely take new medications. My VA Neurologist has work the Staff at Bitner to fill one prescription every six months. If you ever are on the phone or have to stand in line a little longer than usual, the sheer volume of patients that Pharmacy Staff takes care of is astounding!

Im a reservist at Knox for battle assembly and they were able to fill a script for me the same day. Jeff was so nice and got me in and out in less than a minute!

I have been on hold for over 60 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. To top it off the music is very staticky and distorted which makes it even more unpleasant. No phone call should ever just be ignored for even 5 minutes and here I am over an hour. They also have a text message option to activate your prescription and that wasnt working either. when going to the link I got the message that “there are currently no departments accepting pharmacy intake” so the message said if thete was a problem using a link to text my information shich I did but then it returned a message saying the program was only offered between 0800-1700 but I was trying within those hours. Do better for your service member and veterans.

They staff is great and since I use the text app and phone refills, I've rarely had an issue.

If there was an option for 0 stars that's what it would be. What a miserable place. Can't get anyone to answer the phone so you have to jump through hoops just to get there. The guy that's supposed to be helping you navigate the check in system is lost like last years easter egg. All i wanted to do was check on a script, but i had to enter s bunch of useless info into a kiosk, (while clueless guy hollered orders at me from his chair) take a member and then the woman at the counter looked right at me and rather than say next or come on up she hit the button to announce to the empty waiting room that it was my numbers turn. It's definitely government ran.I'd rather deal with the dmv. I hope and pray I or anyone I know never has to go into that place again

It is ridiculous that almost every time I call I am on hold for usually over 30 minutes. This time almost an hour. It doesn’t take long to answer the phone and answer a question, probably leas than a minute.

I know that their have been mandatory cuts, but how can a place with literally 10 windows have only 2 people working them at any time.

The young black girl at window 11 is so abrupt and rude she had my mom crying. Mom is Asian, so I’m certain it was racial. If you’re not black, avoid her!

I Keep calling the Binter St. Pharmacy and no one ever answers the phone!!!!!! All I get is excuses on my prescriptions once I arrived to talk with them about my medications being sent from my doctor at Baptist Health Hospital in Elizabethtown. This problem has happened more than once and something needs to change!
