I have been using Phoenix Pharmacy for a while now and am very satisfied. It is a caring and supportive pharmacy that goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. They are very clear about restock and refill expectations or issues, and make good suggestions as far as medications and lifestyle choices. If there are any issues, all you need to do is communicate with them. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, the Owner and employees are good, reasonable people. This pharmacy is worth giving a chance to if you’re looking for a local mom and pop pharmacy; and especially if you need medicine compounded. Thank you for being so caring to your clients.

Best place to get your prescriptions filled. Forget about CVS, Walgreens and Store Pharmacy. Top notch customer service, Prescriptions filled in minutes, they make you truly feel like a valued customer

I’ve been contemplating writing a review for months now but kept giving additional chances for improvement on Phoenix Pharmacy’s part. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year or two now and have had constant issues with my prescriptions! Whether it’s my meds not getting filled while on auto refill, getting meds I’ve repeatedly asked to discontinue. I am having to call in at least every other month, sometimes every month because my meds aren’t being filled properly, I have spoken to the pharmacist, pharmacy techs on more than one occasion for the same issue and still continue to have the same problem. I switched to them from Walgreens hoping for a better experience and so far have only been disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years now. They always take care of me very well and always have my medication on hand. I highly recommend Phoenix pharmacy.

They always have meds that major pharmacy have to order and they are faster then major pharmacy as well like same day next day even for meds that seem to be hard to get without waiting

PHOENIX PHARMACY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! Run, dont walk away. I was using Avrio pharmacy in Scottsdale for my dog's compounded seizure meds and they are excellent but too far from me. So, I decided to give Phoenix Pharmacy a try...BIG, BIG MISTAKE!!! First, I call to order script and the tech asks me what the price was I was paying at previous pharmacy for this med, which I thought was a weird question to start. She claimed that they price match & wanted to do that for me. I had forgotten the exact price and told her the price I was actually paying for a previous med my dog was on, which was much, much more expensive. Instead of the tech realizing this and quoting me the actual going rate for this med, which was $61.30 they charged me $100. all because I forgot it was actually $62. So if I had said I was paying $150. would they have "price matched" $150...& made a TRIPPLE PROFIT?? This actually gets worse...I pick up my meds (paying almost double unknowingly, until today...) and get home and realize they shorted me 20 TWENTY pills!!! I call them when I realized, 2 weeks ltr and pill container almost empty already, to ask why I'm short 20 pills and the Pharmacist V makes up some rediculous excuse and says to come down and they will give me the other remaining owed to me. A trip i loved to make; the whole point i switched pharmacies was to save long trips to pick up!! When I called back today after telling him I now realize they charged me over $40., almost double of the going price on the meds anywhere else because they "price matched" what I told them he started to stutter making up excuses AGAIN!! Absolutely insane. I'm reporting them to every organization I can find that monitors pharmacy's to insure this doesn't happen to others!!

Pharmacy delivers to qualifying customer's. They fill prescriptions faster than any other pharmacy I've used in the past.

The staff are liars. They refused to fill a prescription when other pharmacies were willing to do it. Huge egos, they think they are doctors. Avoid

Great experience. We get our sons prescription here. Especially the compound prescriptions. They go above and beyond on their service.

So glad I found this place. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and accommodating. And they do compounding. My new go to for pet meds too.

Such a friendly place to go! I see them every month. No lines, the staff remembers you and have your prescriptions ready in under 5 minutes at the most!
