Juniper Pharmacy has always been an amazing pharmacy for services and products! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new pharmacy or to change from a big box store pharmacy. The personalized experience that I get from them each time makes me feel seen and that they are focusing on my best interests as well as theirs. This “team effort” mindset from a pharmacy is rare in today’s world and I appreciate them and the great work that they do! Thank you Juniper!

My dermatologist suggested using this pharmacy to cut the cost of my medication and it worked! Not only are they informative, kind, and professional, they have reduced the cost of my medication drastically compared to other pharmacies. And they offer free delivery. Their app, Nimble, is easy to navigate and order from. Additionally, a family member of mine works for another dermatologist and they always use Juniper especially in cases of where medications are necessary but would be too expensive for most people to pay for. Steven the manager was extremely insightful also regarding medication for my mother and the use of Medicare. Call them and see for yourself if they can make your medications more affordable. Their service makes a big difference for a lot of people!

The staff and owner is amazing. Stephen Ortiz is there each day as a dedicated owner/operator. They work diligently, and professionally, yet the customer service personnel is always Friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend them! We had several insurance changes over the last couple years, and they always handle things professionally! Never a mistake. They are worth going out of your way for the drive into their office. Their delivery service is awesome as well. As for small business, this pharmacy is the Bomb! Worthy of support and loyalty of the entire community! We love Juniper!

Sent over for eyecare meds, and was impressed by their quick turns on Rx refills. What other pharmD sells pickles in a pouch? Friendly staff.

Juniper Pharmacy is fabulous!! They are always very kind and helpful. After PRK surgery, Juniper helped me get the best prices on my prescription eye drops. In some cases, they were free!! I so appreciate the fast and free delivery. Definitely a 10 out of 10 rating.

I started using Juniper Pharmacy approximately one year ago. I love that they are a small pharmacy who knows their customers and they are always extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone using Juniper Pharmacy versus the larger corporations.

The customer service at Juniper pharmacy is incredible. I have never experienced a pharmacy go so far above and beyond to provide the best pricing and customer service. I am super impressed! They are very professional and friendly!

I am very unhappy with our most recent experience with this pharmacy. We have used them and their delivery service before with no major issues, but we will most likely NOT use them again. An order for delivery was placed, paid for and never arrived. When I called to inquire about it, I was put on hold for 16 minutes while they tried to track my order. It was sent to Ohio. They were going to make a new one that would need to picked up (inconvenient). When my husband went to get it, they gave him the wrong prescription and charged my.credit card a price that is much higher than Walgreens (which is why we don't get it filled with them). After several more phone calls and assurance that they would have the correct one ready for pick up the next day, we were asked to return the wrong medication to.get our money back and pick up the new one. Well, believe it or not...when we went there a 2nd time, they did not have it ready! Extremely unreliable, lack of communication between the employees leads to issues for customers. I do not recommend using this company!

My Dr prescribed me a new medication that is pretty expensive and had it sent to Juniper Pharmacy because they would apply the manufacturer coupon automatically. Called and paid for the medication and it was delivered to me the next day! On another month..... My medication has to stay cool and for some reason FedEx didn't deliver my medication for 2 days. By the time I received my medication, it was not cool so I contacted the pharmacist and she promptly called the manufacturer to make sure the medication was still good to use. If it wasnt, they were going to ship my medication out again that day. How awesome is that! They were super quick at responding to my texts and always ships my prescription out on time every month. Would highly recommend Juniper Pharmacy to anyone.
