Excellent service. I was informed earlier by the PRN I saw at Norton Immediate Care that Norton W/C Hospital Pharmacy is open during the week and on weekends in case I ever needed a pharmacy on a weekend since my pharmacy is not open on weekdays. Well wouldn't you know. I got to my pharmacy and they were closed. Why, I don't know. Now, I only had an hour to get my prescription filled, which I desperately needed due to a wasp sting. I called Immediate Care and asked if they would send the prescription to Norton's pharmacy and they did. Now it's 5:30 PM. I park, find my way to the pharmacy, and the prescription is ready (5:50 PM - they close at 6:00 PM too during the week). 😊 Amazing. Thanks both to Norton Immediate Care and Norton W C Hospital Pharmacy for your prompt service. I definitely appreciate it. My hand is much better thanks to you.

Came in 10 min before they closed to pick up my drugs. They said they need the paper prescription. Came back 3min before close and the pharmacist refused to serve. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly.

Your doctors need to learn how to talk to patients rather than just dumping info into Nychart My records are so confusing and mixed with other patients I don't know what to do. I have never had an allergy to dye. This is a mess

Horrible. I have been to the office 3 times to be told that they cannot see me. That the ultrasound technician is not available. My pregnancy experience at Norton is horrible. I am returning to Baptist
