Co-Op Pharmacy

We’ve been using Greenbelt Co-op Pharmacy for a few years since the line at the CVS in Greenway Center takes forever and they often often out of even generic medications. Co-op is very consistent and we rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to pick up a recurring prescription. If a medication is not in stock, they’ll have it within a couple days. Glad to have a local alternative!

Read up on the history of Greenbelt. It's a community run small supermarket with a small but well stocked pharmacy, not a mega store pharmacy. They serve the community well and are quite helpful. I'm usually in and out in fifteen minutes (took longer in my younger days *cough* ) Many people who live in town appreciate what this place has managed to hang on and continue to be for the community with today's insurance problems. Can't go back in time.

First time going to this pharmacy since CVS failed us time and time again. These guys were quick, efficient, updated us immediately on our meds and even save on paper by sticking the meds all together. This place definitely delivered a great first impression.

This pharmacy has really gone down hill, especially in the last 3 years. Used to be in and out in 15/20 mins with your prescription. My last visit I waited 45 minutes, had to leave and come back few hours later. This was mid-day. I asked the then pharmacy manager to order a different brand of antibiotics because the brand they carried didn't interact properly for me. She acted like she didn't want to and basically said the brand they carried worked for everyone else. That was my last time using them as my regular pharmacy. Only use them on rare occasion and usually regret it.

I come all the way from Baltimore md for my meds because of the nice pharmacist Amanda. They have a person that work behind the counter name kerstine she talks trash to customers telling me she don’t know if my doctor called my script in and with out looking went in to help the next person while I was speaking I told manager Dan he did nothing I will never advise shopping here again

Pharmacist is extremely rude. Horrible customer service. Huge attitude problem. Would never ever call back or return.

They have great heavy whip cream. and Lump crab great prices
