Giant Pharmacy

I have avoided this pharmacy for literal years after a long string of bad experiences. I would send my mother instead of going myself to avoid the entire thing. BUT TODAY I had to go in for an important RX myself and Robin M was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and I saw the grace with which she treated the customer before me. She was so kind, efficient, and her genuine customer service was like sunshine. She made me smile on a hard day. Thank you Robin M you have changed my mind, I am grateful they found you.

I called in a prescription at 5:00pm and the person on the phone assured my that my prescription would be ready that night. I told her that I was going out of town and would come in the morning as soon as they opened. When I got there they didn’t have my prescription ready. Hadn’t even started it.

Had an appointment for a pediatric vaccine at 6pm and arrived at 5:45pm based on calling to confirm. There was 1 person waiting ahead of me. No one picking up prescriptions. I waited 45 minutes without explanation. This is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced with no patrons. They lack regard for their customers time. Avoid!!!!

Went to this store today and purchased $100 worth of groceries and other items. Self checkout clerk came up to me and asked me if I had rang up my three balloons. I replied yes she walked away and returned back only to ask if do I mind if she checked. While she did so, I told her I have no reason to lie as these were some of the first things I scanned in. I reported this behavior to the store manager Brandon who apologized but that doesn’t change the fact that this employee tried to insinuate I was stealing! I was truly insulted that she would think I would steal $15 ($4.99 each) worth of balloons when I purchased steaks chicken and other items that was over $100 total! They need to train their employees better. Everyone does NOT steal and that type of treatment to innocent paying customers is totally unacceptable!

If I could I’d rate my phone conversation today (3/15/2025) at 5:50pm less than one star..the lack of professionalism and just over all customer service was appalling. I will be for sure moving all oh my prescription from this location. .

Avoid at all costs, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They told me my medication would be ready Friday, when I get there they say they don't have it and I have to wait until Monday. Monday morning they say it'll be ready in the afternoon. In the afternoon they say they don't have it and to come back Tuesday. Tuesday I call and check, still not ready but they say they'll have it in an hour. I come in 3 hours later, and they say can I wait 45 mins? Completely absurd and I will never be going here again.

I went there to collect prescription sent well in advance a day ahead. And this complaint relate specifically to the the Man (pharmacist). I barely could talk which I told him clearly due to oral surgery just an hour ago. Inspire of this he delayed it, and when I came back made me speak multiple times even though I told him I had oral surgery. I had multiple medications and on asking for direction on dosage, he asked which one and Mae eke speak again. I guess if I am taking multiple medications, it is for al of them! Absolutely shoddy guy. And in my observation he also delayed the medication for an old woman just before me in the queue. She mentioned she was told it was ready but he made her wait for at least 15-20 minutes. This pharmacist guy was on duty 12/14/2020 at around 8:30 PM EST. Absolutely rubbish!

My doctor called in a prescription last week. in the morning. I went to pick it up that afternoon and was told they do not have the drug in and it was expected the next day. It was not there the next day either. Tonight, I went in to pick up my prescription for blood pressure meds and was told the drug was in but had not been filled yet. I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy. It used to be a very good pharmacy.

I’ve never had a problem here until about a month ago when I had a bad experience with an extremely rude older male pharmacist. I felt belittled by him, so I now absolutely refuse to go to the counter if he is there and I’m considering switching pharmacies. It’s unfortunate because everyone else has been great!
