Without a doubt worst pharmacy to follow through with prescription orders. Whether you give them 8 hrs or 2 hrs, don't expect your order to get started until you actually show up in person and ask for your prescription. The audacity to say they are backed up...with no one waiting is criminal.

They are too slow to pack 2 medicines, at first they told me 15 to 20 minutes, I waited 30 minutes and then they told me it would take 20 more minutes, why are they not honest from the beginning and waste my time? If they had told me I had to wait more than 1 hour from the beginning I would have gone to another pharmacy, they made me late to all my important plans I had.

Manager changed my birthday in their system to prevent me from being able to pick up prescriptions. He also told me that a script that my doctor called in was never filled, then immediately afterward said it was but that I cannot have it. Do these people realize that their malicious incompetence could literally cause someone to experience a serious medical emergency or even die???

My vet called in a prescription for my dog but when I went to pick it up they said there was absolutely no record of that happening. This is a lie because I called my vet and they said they definitely did call it in and they wrote down the name of the person on the phone (Aisha) from the pharmacy

The place is overwhelmed right now because they are also providing covid and other shots. They also may have been affected by the national shortage of pharmacy technicians. They seem to have hired new people, who are learning and probably doing their best, but it's kind of rough right now. The lines tend to be long, but no matter how long the lines are they don't have three people working the three cash registers they have. Sometimes there's just one poor person doing her very best. They haven't been answering the phone, and you should not assume that if your doc has called in a scrip or you have requested a refill through their automated phone system that you can go get it and it will be ready. Most likely you will get there and will be told it will be ready in an hour and it won't matter how many days they have had to fill it. It's interesting that they don't even apologize, as though it is perfectly normal to show up and find out that the scrip that should have been filled days ago is not ready. I have no less than 9 prescriptions with them. This is why so many people are switching to online pharmacies. The truth is they don't need your business and can't handle it. You'll be doing them a favor and making their lines shorter if you find another way to get your meds.

I don't know what has happened with this pharmacy recently but they never fill prescriptions unless you call multiple times. Recently they said the prescription was going to be ready on the following day and we can 2 days later and the prescription was still not ready. They'd had the prescription for a while. They used to call about refills and when prescriptions were ready and now there is always a wait and they never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. They do try to be nice though.

Had my doctor send over my prescriptions last week to this place. I checked the prescription status online, and everything indicates that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told that my prescriptions were not in fact ready, that they preferred waiting until contacted by the patient to fill orders. I was given a numbered ticket (didn't know this was a deli) and told me to wait another 15 minutes. I chose this place out of convenience, but since there is in fact none of that at this location I will be returning to CVS.

UPDATE: After a recent turnover in staff this pharmacy has gone way downhill. They kept messing up a prescription even after my doctor called them multiple times, then told me that they never heard from my doctor and they aren't doing anything wrong. As convenient as this place is, I'm going to switch to a different pharmacy soon. -- I've been to this pharmacy over a dozen times in the past few months. Every time I get a different pharmacy tech, and every time they are kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I've spoken with a few of the pharmacists as well, and have had similarly positive experiences. I am always grateful for a pharmacist who will call my insurance company for me to fix a problem. Great service here! Highly recommended.

This place is just so slow getting meds ready, your doctors office might have send in your scripts hours ahead like from say one pm and five pm comes around and still nothing. Not good at all plus your meds be ready and and you have to be the one to call to know if it’s ready.

My medication wasn’t covered by my new insurance. Instead of calling me or giving me any notification, they just decided not to fill it. While waiting for the refill that wasn’t actually in process, I had to miss a day of my medication. When I don’t take my medicine I get severe sleep paralysis and a whole host of other side effects. This is not a medication I can simply stop taking. It needs to be tapered off slowly. It’s ridiculous and dangerous that they did not let me know before deciding not to fill my prescription. That is not something they have the right to decide and can lead to severe consequences for patients. I’m pretty sure this is illegal and will be looking into my options for addressing this.
