Very very negative opinion of how they handle phone calls. My husband was on hold for over half an hour with walgreens. I was greeted on the phone and said" hold" before I had a chance to say anything else. The person that I called said her name was Cheryl. She needs a job where she doesn't have to handle phone calls from the public. Very rude and inefficient person.

The Walgreens on M37 is good. They keep up & do the best job in getting your prescriptions to you. Pharmasist Paul & others seem dedicated with the amount of individuals they received when Rite Aid closed.

It’s clear that pharmacies are under a lot of pressure these days, but the rudeness at this location is unacceptable. I barely got a chance to speak before being met with attitude. If the staff dislike their job so much, perhaps it’s time to consider a change. Politeness and professionalism go a long way, even during busy times (and this wasn’t one of them). Unfortunately, this seems to be a consistent issue here.

Went through the drive thru for perhaps the first time. Couldn't here anything being said through the tiny speaker. After the third time asking the guy to repeat himself he snapped at me like he was mad at me for not hearing him. Added that to the fact I get the CONSTANT run around about another prescription I'm trying to get and I Think it is time for me to go to a different pharmacy
