There was a manufacturer’s issue with one of my medications. The Manager of Musgrove’s worked very hard to get it resolved quickly and the medication replaced. I 100% recommend.

They kept my credit card information on file and continue to send me medication refills that I did not request or authorize. I would rate them less than one star and highly recommend that you don’t use this pharmacy.

Musgrove Pharmacy has been an absolute game-changer for me. Their customer service is phenomenal, always going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. They use a data base called NIMBLE to streamline the process when it comes to refills, handling everything from prior authorizations to contacting my doctor before my meds run out, so I never have to worry about missing a dose. NIMBLE goes through text and you click on the link and check a box saying you want a refill and electronically sign. THATS IT!! They even call me when it’s time for a refill, and if I have three or more refills, they roll it into a 90-day script. It’s so convenient—everything is delivered right to my door, no need to visit the pharmacy in person. BUT when I do to go in person, Ankit, the pharmacy manager at Musgrove, is the definition of dedication. He runs a tight ship, ensuring that every aspect of the pharmacy operates smoothly, and his commitment to patient care is unmatched. Whether it’s working overtime or even on weekends, he never hesitates to go the extra mile to make sure patients receive their prescriptions on time. His work ethic is incredible—I’ve never seen anyone hustle like he does, and it’s clear that he takes immense pride in what he does. That pride shows in the level of service Musgrove delivers. Then there’s Josh, the pharmacist, who brings a burst of energy and happiness to the pharmacy. He greets every patient with a smile and takes the time to thoroughly explain how to take medications, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling confident and informed. His intelligence and upbeat attitude make the entire process so much easier and enjoyable. Together, Ankit and Josh create a pharmacy experience that’s second to none! The best part is their efficiency: I receive a notification on my phone asking for my electronic signature, and by the next day, my medication is at my doorstep. They also automatically apply savings coupons, ensuring I get the best price possible. It’s clear that Musgrove advocates for their patients, going the extra mile to reduce costs and streamline the entire process. Doctors trust them too, confident that Musgrove will take care of their patients while lightening the load for their medical assistants by handling prior authorizations. Thanks to Musgrove, the headache of managing prescriptions is a thing of the past. They’ve set a high standard that chain pharmacies simply can’t match. I’ll be a loyal customer for life!

I never receive my medication on time. Customer service is a joke, i can get more attention from a wet paper bag. The way they handle medications that are required for people is ridiculous. For someone who has chronic illness and has to depend on a speciality pharmacy, its truly disappointing how much empathy and patience these people lack

This is one of the best pharmacies I’ve experienced. The pharmacy tech Mayra was so kind and first helped me by answering some questions I had. After we were finished our phone call, she went above and beyond and without me even asking, worked with her manager to help find a significantly lower price for my expensive medication and contacted me again to inform me. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. She’s an exceptional employee and person!

Great customer service over the phone and in person. I called to inquire if they had a certain backordered medication that my doctor prescribed me. After calling several different pharmacies in the area, I called Musgrove Pharmacy and they had it in stock. My doctor sent my prescription and I picked it up within the hour with no issue. 10/10 would definitely go again!

This pharmacy personnel are the gold standard of courtesy, knowledge, and customer service. About a month ago I was helped by Ms. Mayra and just today Ms.Angie astonished me with her impeccable attitude & willingness to help. The worst. Had to use them for a specialty medication unfortunately and they are just the absolute worst people to deal with. Very unprofessional and will tell you anything on the phone without verifying if any of it is correct. Had to deal with them for a couple years and just consistently so bad. If you have any other option please save yourself the hassle!
