Walmart Pharmacy

I see several reviews criticizing the pharmacy staff. I can only say I've never had a bad experience there. When I get a text saying a scrip is ready, it is. The clerk on the desk always checks the apps for best price. But, that's just one person's experience.

Self checkout employee lennie was extremely helpful. My card recently went fraud and I thought I had enough cash to get me through the weekend while chase sent me a new card. I ended up being like 7 dollars short on my total and kindly asked him to take an item off. Instead he pulls out his own wallet and makes sure I left with everything I need. Somebody make sure he gets a Christmas bonus or a raise. Please!

Received a text that my prescription was available, however when I went in I was told it was not. Two days later went in and was told there was no prescription at all. Pharmacist drilled me on what other pharmacy I used. I told her this one but she kept after me as what other pharmacy I used. I told her I used a Walmart pharmacy in Texas when we are there for the winter. I got the told so, and was told to come back in a few minutes. I did and she pounced on me with (you also got a prescription filled three weeks ago at Meijers). Not sure why all the grilling on what pharmacy I used, however I was treating very rudely. Not a present experience.

So I understand with stores like sams club and Costco where I sign a agreement to have my receipt shown I get that but when I'm there with my wife and child I don't feel like I should or any one should have to prove I'm not a thief to any one simple answer is don't shop there but still no one has the right to treat me like i or my family is a theif they allready got cameras every where my bissness is going to mijeir there nothing but a stones throw away #boycottwalmart

Pharmacist wouldn't fill my meds as prescribed by my MD. He didn't like the meds my doc gave me....even though I've been on them for 3 years....AND have had both filled at this same WalMart for the last 3 years. This 'wannabe' thinks he knows more than my physician who has 25 years + medical records and experience with me. This pharmacist was trying to make medical/prescription decisions based on two scripts in front of him, and NO other medical information. DO NOT use this pharmacy, unless you want the third degree on what you are taking and "why".

I have used this pharmacy since this store opened. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and happy to help. I will continue to fill all and any prescriptions I need right here.

Apparently it's cool to start closing 20 mins early and ignore the person waiting to ask you WHY you've decided to shut down shop, when I desperately need something. 🤬 …

Best pharmacy in traverse City! Everyone is friendly and they give great advice and information! Always a good experience!

Rude pharmacists, horrible service and communication. Do not have your prescription sent here unless you're ready for a multiple day wait on your meds.
