John's Pharmacy

After dealing with Walgreens for the last two years, this place is pure bliss when it comes to customer service. The staff esp Ben T. were so nice and helpful. Will continue to come here for any future rx needs.

We love John's...been going there so long I think they know my whole life story by now.

Everyone was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. It was an enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this business location.

Calls me after months of getting my special needs son’s prescription from them . Only pharmacy in the area that offers it. Then today I call because (apparently they stopped calling people like they claimed they do ) and inform me since my son doesn’t get any other scripts though their pharmacy they will not be fulfilling his prescription anymore. Claims it’s about money and staying in business but are tagged in multiple posts about donations the company is making and the Olive Garden lunches and Chick-fil-A breakfast is they bought other companies. It is about money but not losing money it’s about Making more money and not caring about your customers. Let’s say it how it is . When you stop offering services that other pharmacies don’t offer you no better than them . You claimed to be some kind of family own Pharmacy with morals but when you Deliberately stop offering services to special needs children. You are no better than any other big business owned pharmacy.

Callef to see if my medicine was ready the gentleman told me yes it was. I told him I was coming to town to pick it up. I get in line the lady tells me it's not ready imagine that!!!!it's always like this EVERY single time it's NOT ready you can call you can verify,you can write down the person's name that you talk to doesn't matter. So what did she tell me it's going to be 20 minutes well luckily I had something else to do because I pretty much lost it because this happens every single time do not go to this place do not waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Busy place two locations to find out gave them the information of what was what in turn they got the job done told me roughly how long it would be before it was ready and location to pick up the item ran a few more errands got to there location after close to the time stated short wait and back on the road pleased with the service

They have a professional yet hilarious hold music, everybody is always upbeat and helpful, the drivers are always friendly, and they're honest and hard-working, they still hold up to values that the original founder wanted, an all-around awesome us owned organization

Last 2 months have just been terrible with service. Today I just walked out frustrated and will find a different pharmacy.

Mrs. Angela was so awesome. This is the first pharmacy/worker that has went above and beyond their call of duty!!! Thank you so much! They have one good employee in her and someone I’d definitely want to keep around.

This pharmacy is great and has the friendliest staff. If you have a problem they always do what’s within their power to solve it. Compared to my previous pharmacy experiences this one is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone local.

They made a vitamin suspension for my child that we couldn't find anywhere! They've made special perscription creams for my child. These people are the very best we are so grateful that John's is here to help. They are the very best. Our community is lucky to have you.
