The Drug Store at South Pittsburg

There is no other other drugstore anywhere with staff that really cares about their customers. I'm literally stuck in bed because I had back surgery, so I had to stay at a family members home in lookout Valley. As far as this (over 20 miles) & they made away to get me the meds I needed. Now that's really caring for your customers. They treat you more like family than a customer.

The most issue I have is that I can call my refills in at 9 am and 4pm it's still isn't ready . Then I sometimes have to make a second trip to get the rest. But the staff is wonderful and if they get to know you. They will do all they can to help you with getting you enough meds until you get a new prescription submitted . It is a very busy drugstore, and I understand why ppl prefer to go there. They make you feel welcome. And they always send you a happy birthday text. Along with reminders when your prescription is ready and how much it will cost.

Every town needs a pharmacy like South Pittsburg’s Drug Store. The owner went above and beyond for a very sick toddler to ensure he had medication he needed. You feel like you are an extension of the family. They are fast, efficient and always answer questions. From the bottom of my Mama heart thank you for being there when we need you!

Very quick and friendly! They took a last minute prescription for my son and filled it quickly and with a smile!

I don't have insurance so they help me with pricing and I don't think I've had better service from anybody in the drugstore business in this town or surrounding towns I'm very thankful for them ! The savings worth the drive

Best pharmacy around! Couldn’t ask for better service! If they are out of specific products Emily & Jeremy will order immediately & have in stock usually in 48 hours or less. They listen to their customers and if you have any problems all you have to do is holler at 1 of them. I was having severe hot spells and text Emily & she pulled up side effects and found out antidepressant I was on was causing possibly causing them! Sure enough I stopped it immediately and the hot spells stopped.

Excellent customer service I enjoy coming here to get my medicine and everyone is always friendly no matter what time of day u come into the store u r always greeted and and they don't take forever to fill your prescription I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT
