Sinks Pharmacy - Bourbon

The Bourbon Sinks has such a great staff. They are always helpful and respectful. My prescriptions are always accurate and ready when they say they will be ready. When I go into the Pharmacy, they all are always smiling and ready to help. Thank you all for your professionalism. Billy Ray

Recieved poor customer service on more than one occasion, enough to make me leave a review for hopes it will be a learning opportunity.***this is not all of the employees either, some are very nice and try very hard to make up for these things***. My experiences over the course of 3 years: - Not being greeted upon arrival, waiting many minutes without acknowledgement -Often overhear conversations about other customers - Not being offerred special select program or being given the option *this would have qualified me for free delivery, helpful when you have surgery) - Employees of this location review this location multiple times and the owner responds as if it's a regular customer. - Pricing of my prescriptions will differ depending on who picks them up it seems my s.o is given a diff price with no explanation. - have been treated like I'm drug seeking on multiple instances with different types of medications - often have to contact my doctors office to correct errors being told "nothing" can be done - prescriptions delayed without a concern or call from staff I changed to Sink's Sullivan (not affiliated, franchised) and have had the special select program explained and offered to me. I've had three pick ups with ease. The team member helping me also did all of the contact work between pharmacy and doctor to get my medications transferred over seamlessly. And get this, I'm now 7 miles away and they offered free delivery. Bourbon Sink's quoted me $8 and I live 0.25 miles away. Going to Sullivan Sinks to leave a 5 star.

I love this pharmacy! Bourbon is blessed to have them. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, always treating us like family. They go above and beyond to help. Always very fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

We always call ahead to check to see if they got our prescriptions and to see when they will be ready. We are always told 15 minutes and usually wait longer to ensure they have plenty of time to have it together. Almost every time we come here we are waiting a long time even when there is hardly anyone in the parking lot. I don’t understand the issue, but we’ve decided to go with another pharmacy. It’s disappointing because this location is so convenient.

I love the friendliness of the Bourbon Sinks Store! Every time I go into the store I am greeted with smiles and hello's. What a joy it is to have a business that treats you like family.

They have a great staff ,so friendly and helpful each every time in person or on the phone . They all make you feel like family and when your sick you truly need that comfort. I do wish they were open on Saturdays but other then that I'm very happy with everything and everyone. Thank you to all the staff that works at the Bourbon pharmacy you are very much appreciated 😀

Christie, HI, and Nicole are the best. They are always friendly, they greet you like a good friend. They are always going above and beyond to be helpful. I always feel welcome when I have to go inside. And on the phone you are never made to feel like you are disturbing them. This pharmacy and these girls should have 100 stars.

Had a script transferred to the pharmacy and they were very quick. Also, they were very nice and made my day better!!! Highly recommending this pharmacy to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

I would rate this pharmacy zero stars if I could Everytime I go up there to pick up mine or my newborn daughters prescriptions there's always a problem either we have to wait a long time or they keep saying the insurance isn't covered which it is because my Dr made sure ahead of time that it was. The lady up there was extremely rude to me and I won't be returning to this pharmacy

This is New to the Bourbon area and its a very clean and Friendly Place. Have any questions about your meds and they are all very nice and Helpful. Glad we got a Great Pharmacy in Town.
