I was sent here to fill a prescription from my dogs veterinarian. The vet informed me to have the pharmacy call them to receive the human form of the meds I needed for my dog. Unfortunately the pharmacist would not see me because when the tech saw that the letter head of the prescription said "Veterinary", she kept repeating to me that "this is for dogs". I explained to the tech that the pharmacist would need to call the vet to get the proper med. The pharmacist would not come out to talk to me or gain understanding of the situation. The lack of knowledge and listening skills was very disheartening. I was not expecting the pharmacist and staff to be dismissive and not caring.

The workers here are so rude & dismissive. If I spoke or treated my customers the way Faith spoke to me today, I wouldn’t be able to even afford prescriptions because I wouldn’t have a job. I’ve never had a good experience there and today was no exception. It baffles me how Kroger hires people in customer service with 0 communication skills. Leaving there and walking into Flowood Drug Company up the road was refreshing!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have always been so pleased with the staff and the service. Over the past 6 months - 1 year, the new staff members have made it to where I am looking for a new place to have my prescriptions filled. The last time I went, the young man completely ignored my questions 4 times in a row! When he asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I laughed and said, "no, I want you to answer my questions". I no longer have confidence that they are handling my prescriptions with care if they are hiring these type of individuals.

They are clueless and rude. They have messed up my last two prescriptions. The last time, I was supposed to get a 90-day supply, however, they sent a 30-day supply to me in the drive through. When I finally got their attention and told them about the problem, they told me to send it back and come back the next day for the correct prescription. The next day, they told me that they didn't have anything for me. I had to remind them that I had already paid for it the previous day and that it was supposed to be ready for me to pick up. On the second one, I called them yesterday because my online account said that it was a 60-day supply and should be ready by 3:00 pm. I called them and talked to a rude lady who said they would change it to a 90-day supply and would use my discount card for that prescription. I went to pick it up today and they didn't have any idea what I was there to get. I told them that I was there to get the prescription that was supposed to be ready at 3:00 PM yesterday and that I had talked to them about. They finally got it straightened out. When they sent the prescription out, there was no "Thank you" or anything from them.

The techs have been alright the last few times I've gone. They're usually helpful. The main issue is I can never get anyone on the phone, it just rings forever. Probably Kroger, not the techs fault. I bet technical issues... But I need someone to answer. It's hard enough getting meds approved and filled without having to go in person every day just to check on the status of something.

I normally have good experiences here, but recently I have had to deal with an older women that works there (name starts with an M) who has not been kind or welcoming. She had an attitude the whole time, as if she wanted to be anywhere else in the world but there. A family member of mine also had a terrible experience and said it was the same exact woman. It is such a shame, especially when you are ill and just coming to get your medicine only to be treated like nuisance. She should not be working there if she is unhappy with her job.

-Prescription was called in at 11:24 am for my 2 year old with an ear infection -Went to pick it up at 4:30(not ready, come back). -Back at 7:30(not ready come back) -I told them I would wait, they told me I had to leave or they would call the police(to get a bottle of ear drops for an ear infection) I can recommend a place less.

Every single person I’ve talked to here is so rude! They mumble on the phone and when I ask for help, they act like they don’t know anything about medicine. I couldn’t remember the off brand name of one of my prescriptions and I only knew the name brand name, and the lady was no help at all, and was so rude! She kept saying it was not there, and I told her I’ve had this prescription for years, but they recently switched me to the off brand name, and I couldn’t remember what it was called. I don’t know if it’s the same lady I talk to all the time, but someone needs an attitude check!

So incompetent. They act clueless every time I go in to get my pet’s insulin syringes. They’ve sold me the wrong needles TWICE and wouldn’t refund me. I called to ask if their system keeps a record of past prescriptions filled for each patient, and they said yes. Then I asked that if that was case, why is it so difficult to get the correct syringes? Their answer: “ oh, we don’t check prescriptions for diabetic patients.” I have issues with this every. single. time. And these issues have been going on for over a year. Additionally, the insulin itself is quite costly. We have to get it filled about twice a year, and every time they say “you spend this much on medicine for your pet?!?!?!” I’m done with the incompetency and the judgement.

Waited over 10 minutes before someone came to the drive thru window- they saw me and walked past the window but did ask me to hold or that someone would be with me soon
