This pharmacy has gone so far down hill recently and it makes me sad. I came to Kroger from CVS (if you know you know), and really appreciated the prompt service and helpfulness of the techs. Now, no matter how early your medication was called in, nor that the app shows it is in progress, you have to call in also just to make sure they actually do fill your prescription. And don’t forget to call back the next day to request the fill again.

Every-time you call this place they make it seem like it’s an inconvenience and are so rude. They never smile, they look miserable, Amanda hang up on you consistently, If you don’t want to be somewhere don’t be there. Only reason I still use this place is they have prescriptions consistently. But even then they are late 9-10 times.

I am exhausted with this pharmacy! What ever happened to getting a prescription filled the same day the doctor sent it in. This pharmacy stays busy so they need to staff personnel in a manner for time effective preparation of prescriptions! All of the home town pharmacies are going out of business due to insurance not paying for meds like they should. That's how we ended up here and I am so over it. Provided that your medication is ready... however long that takes... then you have to go to the store and waite in line inside or outside. Something has got to give.

I understand that the Kroger pharmacy handles a large number of customers. However, my husband’s and my prescriptions are frequently not filled in a timely manner, often taking days. We receive notifications stating that they are ready, only to arrive and be informed that they are not ready, it’ll take several hours to fill & to come back tomorrow. Today, I had eye drops sent electronically at 11:30am and received a confirmation text from Kroger stating that they had received the prescription. Feeling unwell, I went home and took a four-hour nap, only to find that my prescription was still not ready when I woke up. I got dressed and headed to the store, now at 6 PM. All they needed to do was put a box of drops in a bag and check me out. However, the red-haired lady behind the counter informed me that my prescription was not ready. When I mentioned that I had been waiting since 11:30, she laughed and said she had people waiting all day, treating it like a joke, which was incredibly insulting. Mishandling people's medications is serious! It's not something to laugh about. People are unwell and don’t want to hear that their prescription will take all day or several days to fill. I have an eye infection, shouldn’t be driving in the dark, and I’m not feeling good. After two trips, I finally got my eye drops. I'm done with Kroger and will be switching all my prescriptions to Polks. And guess what? They deliver in the Brandon area!

If you enjoy sitting in the drive-through for an incredible amount of time because these people do not have it together, you’re more than welcome to have your prescriptions filled here. This place has really gone downhill over the last few years in how incredibly slow they have become.

Customer service is horrible!!! Always have to wait days for them to fill a prescription. This is not 1 time but every time. Everybody has an attitude and I will be finding another pharmacy 0/10 !!

Every time I go to get my prescriptions they are never ready. Even after 24 hours. And I have been given attitude by the woman that works the window. I will be switching pharmacies.

Very very Slow. I Called in a RX at 8am, went to go pick it up at 6pm, waited in line for 30 mins and the medication was still not ready. I was even asked to go back to the end of the, which I declined. I will be moving to another pharmacy.

Sadly, the Kroger Pharmacy in Brandon/Crossgates has lowered their standards for service. I have waited in the drive through over 15-20 minutes each time I go. It’s awful! There are times that it’s better not to go in when you’re sick. When my prescriptions are not ready they have no problem telling me to come back so they need to be consistent

After 20 years at this pharmacy, it’s time to go. I understand times are changing and they are desperate for workers but hiring disrespectful, rude, and incompetent people is less than desperate. The older lady that works drive through and answers the phone is terrible. I always want to ask her why she’s so miserable and let her know it’s not the patients fault and to not take it out on me! She’s answered the phone, never says a word, sits it down, takes care of drive thru and then hangs me up. When I call and detail out my question (insurance not applied, etc.) she says “I can’t take a payment over the phone” when I never said anything about making a payment. Sad thing is, the pharmacist is right behind her and can hear how she treats people every time and they don’t care either. This isn’t just me. Several people I know have said the same thing. It really is a shame, especially when it comes to your health and having to move scripts around to a new pharmacy.
