Cherokee Pharmacy - Health Mart

A privately owned pharmacy worth visiting. Staff is not only expert, they remember your name. Getting your prescriptions filled here is simple, hassle free and there are no long lines. We never had a waiting time of more than a couple minutes, unlike those national chains. In addition they have all the OTC brands and hundreds of extra items. Braces, crutches, it's all there. Their prices are far more reasonable that those in big stores. Actually the store is pretty big, yet comfortable personal. If looking for a pharmacy, CHEROKEE PHARMACY is unbeatable.

I’m thinking by about changing pharmacies and have heard good things about Cherokee Pharmacy. I had a little trouble finding the building though. It is directly to the left of Food Lion. I went inside to have a look around and asked about the procedure to change my prescription over to them. They were all very friendly.

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I’ve had prescriptions transferred when I was vacationing without any problems.

Guess I chose a bad day to call and ask about my prescriptions because when I had called back to see if my insurance was approved the lady on the phone was very snippy towards me. I understood I couldn't get my medication here for unknown reasons but I was trying to see if it showed if i had been approved or not on their part. Absolutley NO reason to get hateful to me and talk to me as if I'm dumb. Prime example of how I will NEVER treat my patients this way. Do better!

We live in cherokee, and this is the closest pharmacy to us, but it's been great. Friendly staff and even without insurance prescriptions are pretty affordable. But that can vary too, I'm sure. For us, this is the case. Would recommend!

Unprofessional & rude staff! Jennifer who I believe is a pharmacist as I’ve spoken to her before a few years ago told me to come in to look to see if they had what my husband needed but I’d called to see if they had it before driving down the mountain into town. We are elderly & don’t even have a vehicle or drive ! We have to get our son or daughter in law or another nearby relative to go for ya and take us! We have heard from others recently too that the lady at the register had such a poor attitude because she arrived 1-2 minutes before close to pick up something for her elderly parent & wouldn’t even acknowledge when the customer said “Thank you have a nice evening” she just completely ignored her she said. We won’t be giving them our business anymore after over 20 years due to their poor attitude towards select customers they don’t know or have taken the time to GET to know for that matter!

Transferred my rx here and they had it done and me out the door in less than 20 min!

Great hometown pharmacy with friendly folk. They seem to have everything the big chains have with the additional element of actually caring about the customer.

Rude as ever I had my insurance call to give right info and they seemed mad bc I refused to pay 48 for prescriptions when I can get them cheaper through my insurance. I don't think I'll be back after this they got rude with me multiple times when I came in before

Friendly and professional staff, always quick response time from the time my doctor sends in my scripts, to the time I get notification my med/ or meds are ready to pick up via Text. Highly recommend using cherokee pharmacy for your pharmacy of choice!!
