Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve had to wait so long for my prescription. I’ve seen multiple people around me actively upset for various reasons also. They normally only have one person on the register in rush hour traffic.
This might be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Several months in a row, they have been out of my daily medication. So every month, I have to wait up to a week to get a medicine I need to take daily. Again, I need to take it daily not missing a day. How is this possible? My previous pharmacy never had this problem once. Also, if you go to the doctor and they call in a prescription, they won't have it ready until hours and hours later. Even if you go up there, they will tell you to come back hours later. Sometimes the next day. I am forced to go here because of insurance. If it weren't for that, I would never come here. It's God awful. Plus, the employees have no patience and are rude. They have absolutely no sympathy. They do not care and are slow every single time. Edit: I have now gone the very next time to the pharmacy at 6pm after work on an average Tuesday and the pharmacy is closed due to staffing issues. The shutters are down. No warning, no sign at the front, no call, no message, nothing. I had to be surprised by going in. I had to find someone to ask in the store. This is absolutely insane. They are closed during peak hours. This cannot be normal. Unheard of. People rely on this place for life saving medications. Do not go here if you can help it. I hate that I have to.
This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I even called in advance to make sure they had my prescriptions ready. I get there when they tell me to be there. They’re not ready. They have been out of my daily medicine and told me that they finally had it in stock, but it’s not there. So I just got to waste part of my busy afternoon messing around with Walgreens when they don’t even have what I need.
This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. Who has a driver and doesn't use it. And then every time you literally order medicine, they make you wait another 3 hours for it. Shut it down. You cannot run your business close the doors
DO NOT drop anything here for fed ex!!!!! Sent a phone back and when it got to its destination the phone was gone! Samsung sent me a video showing when they opened the package it was ripped and re-taped. I went to walgreens and the manager told me it did not happen there and refused to view the cameras and said that I need to take it up with fed ex. Filed a claim with fed ex and they said I have to deal with walgreens. Walgreens insist its on fed ex. Now I'm out $800. Take to a fed ex location!
Rude SLOW and this is every time I use this Walgreens pharmacy. They’ve closed down the 2nd line for prescription meds. They can’t even handle the single line. They had 2 of my four meds ready but I’ve waited over an hour for the other two. Was told to keep driving around. Hire more help? Do SOMETHING!
They advertise Dye Free Magnesium Citrate on line for pick up or shipping for 10oz. $1.49 or by two and get one 1/2 price. Purchased two and they charged me $$7.58 telling me that the price is for on line only... when the ad shows in huge print instore pickup or ordering. RIP OFF..... WONT GO BACKI.
They hung a sign on the pharmacy window that they were closed due to power outages but the rest of the store was open. Guess my wife is just S.O.L. for insulin. Thanks walgreens pharmacy in Flowood, MS. You should be EMBARRASSED!!!
