This morning, I had experienced the most ratchet customer service @ this location. There wasn't an employee that was courteous enough to greet me . The other cashier with old braids was very rude as well and didn't take initiative to take care of other customers since another employee didn't have any idea of what he was doing at the cash register. Ignorance is bliss , they simply don't have any customer service skills.

Terrible customer service . I had no other choice but to use them because of my insurance. I found nothing positive about anything with this pharmacy ( hughward ) . The staff acts like they hate life . I have heard them talk ugly about customers. The could have a long line with very sick people , but smiled and closed the window so they could take a break when they were already closing early . I have never been talked so rudely by one pharmacy staff . The pharmacist is by far the least caring pharmacist I have ever used . I changed insurance just so I didn’t have to do another year with Walgreens . I am now using Kroger on spillway . Amazing staff , they are fast , and will know you by name . Stay late just to make sure you are taking care of . —— just say NOOOOO to Walgreens off hughward off Lakeland .

I will never use this pharmacy again. They happened to be the only pharmacy with my medication, so i filled a perscription here a day early on 10/18, with a paper perscription dated for 10/19. 31 days later, on 11/18 I dropped of the perscription for this month at 8:20am. They told me that they had it in stock and could fill it no problem, and that it would be ready at 10:30. I came back at 11, and the cashier said it was ready, but as she is ringing it up the pharmacist comes walking up and tells her not to give it to me until the following day. I explained to her that I filled it on the 18th the month before and was out of my medication that I need to properly function mentally. She told me they made a mistake last month, and violated walgreens policy (untrue, I called corporate). I explained that I really needed my meds and had a presentation later that day, and she replied that had nothing to do with her or her license, and I need to come back tomorrow. As much as I wanted to explain that she was exhibiting the behavior of a word that starts with "C" that I enjoy using to describe a very unpleasant woman, I thanked her and informed her I would return in the morning. Here it is, 8 am on the 19th, and I'm back. The cashier tells me that it has to be filled and I need to wait. I explained that it had been filled, and was ready to be picked up the day before, and she said "I don't know about what yesterday got to do with today, but you got two people in front of you." So now I'm waiting for them to fill it again I guess? Im thinking that maybe they gave the bottle of meds I physically saw yesterday to someone else. Now I am late for work, which I am behind on, likely from not having my medication. I am beginning to feel like somehow they are enjoying trying to make my life hard right now, just based on the slightly delighted tone only used when telling me information they know will inconvenience me, as opposed to the dismissive, uninterested tone used otherwise for inconsequential information, like "next person." These people are rude, mean spirited, and just come off as generally not good people, at least the ones I dealt with on those two days. After filling a few other people's perscriptions, I watched as they proceeded to take my meds out of the box on the shelf that they had them in since yesterday, about 40 minutes after I asked for them, and the lady made me show her my ID, which I've never had to do before. While holding it, she demanded I confirm my address like she's some kind of bouncer and I'm 16 trying to use a fake ID to get into the strip club or something. She was trying to do everything in her cashier pharm tech power to prevent me from getting my medication I need to treat a legitimate disability. It's honestly sad, and whatever the unpleasant people I was forced to interact with are going through, I am sad for them, but I didn't do anything to them. I was politely trying to give them my business. I wasn't rude, I wasn't argumentative, my tone was neutral and quiet. I have dealt with more kind people at the dmv. I know it isn't a walgreens issue, because I had to buy something, and the lady at the main counter of the store was amazingly pleasant and wonderful to talk to. The pharmacy sucks though, and because of that I'm not coming back. I imagine the people working in that pharmacy having to deal with each other's terrible attitudes has created an environment akin to their own little version of he11, and the thought of that brings me a little happiness. Phukem.

Made the mistake of sending my prescription here on a Friday. I came at 12pm and it said on the drive through that I needed to go inside. I went inside and the pharmacy was closed. I figured I may have come at a bad time (lunch time). I came back today (sunday) at 11am and the pharmacy drive thru was STILL closed. As I was parking to go inside, all the employees were standing by the front door, turning people away. My fiancé said it looks like the lights are off. I don’t know if they’re having problems or what. This is day three I don’t have my medication and my child’s health is at risk so needless to say I’m pissed and won’t be sending anything back here. Had to send to different Walgreens

Even tho their website said the pharmacy was open it was closed and it was only 5pm on a Friday. I called the pharmacy from with in the store and they said they were open and clearly weren't. The store manager couldn't answer any questions regarding if the pharmacy was going to open back up. The only other way to find out what was going on was a sign in the drivethu window. No where else. After getting home I called to see if they would be open tomorrow and was told I'm not sure. Um what happens to all of our mess waiting to be picked up. Some people include me that can't wait until Monday to call the Dr and have everything sent to a new pharmacy. Very unprofessional

I don't know what the issue is with Walgreens period, several of the locations have closed and this one NEVER has enough staff in the pharmacy. One lady was working 3 registers in the pharmacy and a pharmacist was there. Why couldn't some of the personnel from the closed locations come work at this one?? Get it together Walgreens

Another pharmacy tried for over 10 minutes to get them to pick up the phone. They never answered their phone. After a while the phone cuts off and they had to call back. Rinse and repeat over and over and over. A pharmacy doesn't answer their phone for what reason?

Be ready to wait. I don't understand why the tech doesn't tell the person at the window to drop off and move so others can drop and move. But no you drop and wait for order to be filled then move. That is ridiculous.

My experience here was definitely unacceptable. I came in for my second dose of the covid shot. They could not pull me up saying I was not in system. I even showed a picture of my vaccination but being that they could not pull me up in their system they denied me. So, I called another walgreens they pulled me up no problem. So I went back to this one they still was having issues and the very bright light skin chick had a very bad attitude. She still told me she needed to see proof. I said you know just forget it let me just drive to the one I went to which was across town. I'm furious at this moment. I will not ever shop at this one.

Horrible. The pharmacy techs have attitudes because you want to know why it takes 6/8 hours for a RX to get filled. Their only response is.. we are short staffed. Must be short on pleasantries as well .
