My parents have been coming here for over 40 years. The best thing about this location is that everyone speaks Spanish. But make no it's always pretty busy. Make note that the Pfizer covid-19 shot is being given here, and the flu shot.

Excellent service been coming here over 30 years they usually fill prescriptions within a reasonable time and are quick to order any medication they don’t carry

Yes, I like this pharmacy, but what I don't like is that you have to wait almost an hour for a medicine with so many people working.

Play been going here since I was a teenager I'm 47 now the people who work there are really nice considering how pocket gets but they're very fast unprofessional everyone tries to get to know you by your name then when they see you again to go pick up your medicine and they always tell you by your name if they remember you but I like going there it feels like a family are they make you feel like a family

I pick up my medicine here for my diabetes. Angelica has helped me, she was very professional and kind. She answered all my questions I had. Angelica makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend Lorena’s Pharmacy.

Had a great experience at Lorena pharmacy today. Went to pick up my meds and from the moment I checked in I was greeted with kindness. Kindly informed of a small wait and guided to a chair. The pharmacist explained my medication and the proper way of taking each one. I appreciate the kind and professional customer service I received.

The service is very good. They got my prescriptions to me super fast, and they were not that expensive. I really appreciate the staff. Totally recommend!

The Pharmacy staff members are the worst, very unprofessional and don't communicate with each other in order to serve customers properly. I've now been waiting for my insulin to control my diabetes and after nine days I still haven't received it they just don't care. And don't try to resolve issues with Frank the manager he will only tell you to take your business elsewhere. Believe me I was told to do so and imagine I've been a customer of the pharmacy for 50 yrs when the Ball Brothers were in full operation. So now on my tenth day with no insulin Frank the s pharmacy manager has one of his clerks call me to let me know he is refusing me service because he did not like the truth I've written in my review. Oh well I'm relieved to say I don't need to deal with that pharmacy anymore. Frank is very unprofessional and needs to have more compassion towards his cutomers.

Lorena pharmacy is my go to for anything medical. Their prices are fair and the staff is helpful. Hilda has helped me on many occasions. She is super fast and very friendly. Thank you Hilda!

I had a very amazing experience as soon as I walked into the pharmacy. The First Lady that greeted me was Yolanda barranco, she was the sweetest little lady !
