Walker's Drug Store & Post Office

I have been with Walker Drug for 15+ years. Jeff became part of our family throughout my extended operations, recurring hospitalizations and prolonged periods of rehabilitation. He always made sure that any med(s) that I needed were in stock & filled on or before when they were due. On more than one occasion, he personally delivered to the house after hours, and gave me his mobile number in case I ever needed to reach him. Needless to say, I was blown away by his genuine empathy and his willingness to far surpass the "extra mile". It's what has made me a lifelong customer. Although Jeff retired several years ago, I can highly recommend Niriv, who is the head pharmacist and owner. He has continued to uphold the highest standards where people come first. I woul5 be remiss without mentioning Shannon & Mike. They are always friendly and helpful...I really appreciate their smiling faces! In summary, I give top marks to Walker Drug. If you are tired of the horrible service, long wait times, and you are tired of being "just another number" at an enormous retail pharmacy, then give Walker Drug a try.

Love this store. It's always quick, they're very helpful and has a post office located inside. It's a bit pricier than the typical CVS/Walgreen's, but it's worth the little extra. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and go out of their way to assist. The store has everything you can imagine or need so don't let the small drug store put you off --they have a great inventory. Easy in and out parking outside, perfect for a quick shop.

I met Dan and Jeff almost thirty years ago I was a delivery driver and had thevplesure of spending a lot of time at Walkers Drugstore. I got to tell you that I witnessed nothing but a caring friendly staff who made every customer feel like family including myself. I truly believe that no matter what ailment that the customer had for that brief time spent in the pharmacy. Jeff and his staff made them feel better before taking the medication. Not healing them but making their hearts feel better from the kindness they were shown. No other pharmacy gives you the up close and personal service that Walkers does. You can't go wrong with the Cotswald or Audrey Kell locations. The warm and caring is in both locations. Thanks for all you do.

I am 75 years old and this pharmacy is the best I have dealt with in my life. Niraf (the owner and pharmacist) is extremely helpful and very nice to all his customers. There are several workers there and they are also very nice. All of them are very patient with us seniors. May the Lord bless all of them!

Walker Drugs on Ardrey Kell is like your old neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacist, Nirav, knows you by name and is always willing to help with questions. It’s nice to have a pharmacist who knows you personally and your individual needs. They are a secret treasure in the Providence Club area located in the Fountains.

This pharmacy is always pleasant to work with. It's nice to be able to support a local business as opposed to all of the large chains. We have to get a medicine compounded for our daughter with special needs. There are very few pharmacies that even do this anymore. Just recently we had issues getting the doctor to send a refill in for us. We were out of the medicine, and by the time they got the prescription, the person who compounds it was leaving for the day. It was a Friday afternoon and she would have been without the medicine until Monday. Even though this last minute situation was in no way their fault, the person stayed late just to fill it for us. This really meant a lot and we appreciate it more than they could know. Overall it's a great local pharmacy to support, and they provide excellent customer service!

The most friendly and painless post office experience I have ever had, as the employee was outgoing, personable and seemed genuinely happy to be there. To say I was shocked to experience this at a post office would be an understatement to say the least. Definitely a hidden gem!

Hm.. normally this place is really great, convenient to return all my online orders. Just walked in and asked for a return and placed my item on the scale. He said “what do u want” I repeated a return please... he pinned in numbers, threw the receipt and said “there you go”. Not sure what I did? Never had this experience with this person before.. maybe having a bad day, but it made me feel uncomfortable as I wasn’t being rude at all :/

Excellent service. The technician assisted me going far and beyond. Something you do not see at Walgreen or cvs where yoy are just a number. She explained in detail and walked outside of the counterto show me what I needed. Just like like your regular community drug store used to be. I will be coming back.
