One of the most incompetent groups of people that I have ever met. - They ignored me to play with empty containers and joke around with each other in the back. - Their knowledge on medications is severely lacking, and when I asked them a question they simply answered 'don't know' without even trying to do some research. - I waited for 30 mins before I just left. - Other people came in while I was waiting and EVERY time there was some problem with finding their scripts or messing up their medications or even name mix-ups on medications. - I also learned why you can't reach them on the phone because the lady in the back who's supposed to answer them just presses a button to ignore the call every time a call comes through.
I have a hard time every time I come here, I have two insurances that cover the cost of all my medications and every time they try to make me pay. And every month they give me a partial refill of one of my medications and then I have problems picking up the rest of it.
Understaffed can’t find anyone’s prescriptions everyone is running into a problem at the counter I’ve been waiting over an hour for a prescription I got a call about being ready for pickup… aweful
I had bought a gift card for my son's birthday on Sunday night from Walgreen. ( This past Christmas 🎄, I gave him a Google play points card but didn't realize he wanted a gift cards so he could buy clothing, games, etc in all different stores. I went to Walgreens and made sure to get a Mastercard or Visa card but when I got home , The cashier handed me a receipt but not an additional receipt for the terms and servicrs of the card. Therefore, I went into my GOOGLE browser to look up the information about the gift card and suddenly say that it said, "If you use the gift card at a store, but decided to return one of the items, you wouldn't be allowed to." I was shocked by that information knowing that there was no way to return an item nor could you exchange it, so basically you are just stuck with something that you don't want, isn't your size, or wasn't what you wanted. The next morning I immediately went to go return the gift card, but the store refuse to do it. I even showed them on their policy that I had twenty-four hours to return the gift card. Plus I also stated that bylaw that cashier was supposed to provide me with the terms and services of the gift card and never did. Their response to this situation was to say well there is nothing that they could do about it and the fact that the lady did not give me the receipt for the terms and services is just too bad. And this was supposed to be a supervisor that I was talking to. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Wow, I decided that if they're going to play games then I'll play games too. So I activated the card, and used it to buy the better gift card that I wanted in the first place. At first the supervisor was trying to tell me that I was not allowed to do this, and I started laughing at him and said why can I not pay with my gift card, that I just bought from your store the night before. He stood there with a blank look on his face and said oh well I guess I'll do it for you this time. As I was walking out, I said, well actually you have to do it every time because you cannot deny me from using a gift card as long as your store policy states that you accept that gift card on all merchandise without any exclusions. The guy was just a jerk and general. He just didn't want to have to refund me the money that I spent for activating the card which was almost $6. I didn't think Walgreens was that desperate that they would be such jerks over the fact that they refused to refund me the $6 I paid them less than 24 hours prior to that for an activation fee. Plus completely disregard all of the information that their store stands for. All of their policies that they have that stated that it was okay to do this, and the supervisor still denied it. Keep in mind the gift card was not open, I did have the receipt, and I did have the card that I paid for it with. Honestly it was just people being difficult for no reason. realized thatThe Sales Woman was niced
Got to give credit where credits due . I wrote a review earlier due to my past experiences here recently and as much as I didn't want to come here to pick up my wife's meds due to my previous post.. I have to say the person in drive thru at 4:45(hence y I had to stop cause they close at 5pm on Saturday) was very thorough stating how many prescriptions I was picking up, what the total was going to be, and answer the ring button within seconds. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and felt I needed to share the good with the bad. Hence why I use this email to make this post Hopefully they keep going in this direction at the end of the day being thorough and polite is part of dealing with the public when you want their money and this employee nailed it unsure of her name I don't see it on the receipt. Two thumbs up thank you
