La Tienda Pharmacy

Absolutely the best pharmacy. They are so helpful and go above and beyond and are so fast! My sons inhaler wasn’t approved by insurance and they went the extra mile to get pre authorization from my insurance, I am so thankful for them!

I am working in Carlsbad, NM area so I transferred my prescriptions to this Walmart pharmacy. I was text that my prescription was filled and the cost was $23.99. I use GoodRX to reduce my cost of my medications because my insurance doesn’t pay towards prescriptions. I looked up my prescription on GoodRX and there was a Walmart offer for $9.00 yet the pharmacy said they don’t price match. I tried to explain that this is not considered as a price match. I’m upset that the employees at Walmart are not trained properly because I’ve used GoodRX at other Walmart pharmacies with no issues.

The only reason i didn't give them 5 stars is cause they dont take my Good RX Gold. Other than that they are very Nice people and always have my prescriptions when i go to them! The Pharmacist most definitely is doing a very good job keeping everything stocked and having his staff do an awesome job with us Customers! They are also very fast at getting you your prescriptions! Id recommend my family and friends to go to this pharmacy! Thank yall for always being nice and understanding!

After having rough experience I was able to have my issue resolved by Tobin and I could not be more pleased. He went above and beyond, he could have very well told me to just call my insurance. Instead he went even further and provided me with any and all information needed to contact the insurance company (the correct department) to get everything straightened out. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and hardwork it does not go unnoticed!

I am happily writing this review giving a great big THANK YOU to Samantha in the PMS call center. I live in New York and am helping with my parents care from a distance. Today, January 26th, 2023 I reached out inquiring about my mother'sprescriptions. Both times I spoke with Samantha she was polite and went over and above board to help me with my requests. Her thoughtfulness and professional demeanor made me feel comfortable speaking with this patient advocate. Please help me give the highest praises to Samantha! Thank you, Mija. Really great hospitality always greeded with a smile. And when have a question the pharmacist will help you asap he will stop what he doing to help actually the both do this. Been going here for a few year. Very outgoing i feel relaxed if having a bad day they always make me smile wonderful people here i just say hi when i am shopping the are like family. I would recommend to everyone

They always are so cheerful and smiling. They know people and get your meds before you even give your name. This is very impressing and when you have any questions they stop what they are doing to help you right away. And if dont know the answer they will find out. Tobin has always help me and has gone out of his way to help. I used all they pharmacy here in passed 6 yrs this is far the best here in town they even beat out their sister pharmacy southwest pharmacy. When they have a bad day dont take it out on customers like southwest does

I'm tired of no one wearing a face covering. There is a plexiglass shield at the counter, but if the pharmacist and staff is not going to comply with the mask mandate then at least close the rolling window. I think you should care more about your fellow employees and wear it anyway. Only one or two workers I saw were wearing the mask properly in the entire store. When I asked my sacker to wear hers she pulled it over her mouth only. I'm so tired of it.

The Staff is extremely nice and helpful and they make the experience easy and hassle free. The only negatives are the wait time to fill a prescription when you drop it off and wait and the fact that they close early.

La tienda pharmacy sucks big time the people are rude and hateful the service is slow which is wierd because there associated with southwest pharmacy and that place is great but I don't want people to get discouraged from going to la tienda the grocery store because the grocery store people and the environment there is great it's jst the pharmacy people that are horrible

Local store with yummy taco shells and the best tortillas!! The meat selection is good and they have speciality Mexican food.

La Tienda Pharmacy is always friendly always there to help I can't say much for La Tienda stor-it self it looks like it's falling apart it looks like the manager does not care or is not doing his job right his name is DJ I found moldy bread …

Friendly and you don't have to wait long for your prescriptions. Some of my friends transferred to latienda pharmacy.
