Jacky, Jony, Miranda, and the rest of the staff are amazing, friendly, very helpful. Jony and Miranda know all of there regular customers by name and have you pulled up on the computer before you even get to the window. Outstanding customer service. Miranda even researched and found medication for my dog. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone !!

I have been getting my prescriptions from here for years. I have never had a problem.

I was recently forced to change pharmacies by my insurance, and let me tell you this place is a gem compared to the competition. I probably would've given them a 4 previously, but after using CVS and Walgreens for a few months I wish I could come back to Smith's. They're quick and friendly.

Smith's pharmacy has been my pharmacy for 10 years now. Very friendly staff. They take care of all my pharmacy needs and I don't have to worry. They know my regular daily meds so if there's a med. added they let me know of any thing to be aware of. I really appreciate that. 5 stars twice!!

Had a horrible experience here today. I had a prescription that I was told would be ready. I went to pick it up yesterday and the lady told me it wouldn’t be ready until noon. I could not come back at noon, so I left it for today. Today I went and the lady says that they have no prescription for me and nothing is ready. I wasted my time coming here again. Not only that, but my doctor is closed today so I can’t call and make any arrangements or change anything up. Now I’m out of meds all weekend. Thanks a lot, smiths pharmacy.

Why would you put pharmacy pick up and smoking 🚬 in the same spot? Very gross to have to wait in a smoke bomb while feeling ill. …

Sandy, (pharmacist) was head of the pharmacy for years, she had/has issues with customers. Habitually lies to customers on a regular basis doesn't know the truth if it stairs her in face! On several occasions she would tell me different stories in same conversation! I would steer clear of this place with a hundred foot pole!!! She threatens customers on a regular basis she really needs to get out of the business permanently! I swear she puts information in your charts & lies, cheats & manipulate the truth both in your chart (file) she tries to make sure that people get red lined so people that truly need they're meds whether or not it's warranted or not!

The little blonde pharmacist (possibly the pharmacy manager is VERY VERY RUDE! TO CRITICIZE A 88 YEAR OLD RETIRED LAS VEGAS FIREFIGHTER IS UNCALLED FOR. SHE CONSTANTLY WANTS TO ARGUE. WHEN YOU CALL SHE HANGS UP ON YOU, "BECAUSE SHE IS BUSY".... UNCALLED FOR! IF SHE DONT LIKE HER JOB, SHE SHOULD NOT TAKE IT OUT ON SENIOR CITIZENS! THIS IS ALL OVER A REFILL ON PLAVIX! GONNA SEE ABOUT SWITCHING PHARMACIES. SAD REALLY!

They have issues with consistency...will not get any prescriptions not in stock .you are expected to do the work for them...poor customer service

Great store ~ Massive sized has everything. I highly recommended. Uhhh on second thought ☆ NO WAIT ☆ I don't want anybody to go here that way there's less waiting lines when I come... LOL No Really shop here you won't regret it.

I have been on hold four nearly two hours..I'm just trying to see if my prescription came in or not..

Very friendly staff, they go out of their way to get medication filled asap if there's anything additional needed from the doctor's office.
