After dealing with CVS I can't express enough how happy and satisfied I am with Vesper Pharmacy. Sara is a delight to speak to, extremely knowledgeable and professional, staff friendly from the techs to the delivery drivers. One big obstacle I no longer have to stress out about, my Meds are always in order, on time, and always delivered when It's convenient for me. As of today vesper has refused to realize that their delivery service also reflects upon their business. Both myself and my roommate had refills coming. The delivery was promised for Friday. As of today Saturday the meds have never showed up. So either they lied yet again or the deliver company refused to deliver.that is fine we will both leave this pharmacy for a m7ch better pharmacy that understands what customer service means. UPDATE Vesper not once tried to resolve the problem that they have on their hands. They think since they pay for a an agent acting on their behalf that has begun to treats custerms badly is ok. Vesper has refused to accept the bad reputation that has happened the past 2 weeks because of their agent they pay.any other real honest business who gets complaints would do everything to make customers happy. But they decided to lie to the better business bureau about what has happened. So now Vesper is damaging their own business.

In a time and location where basic competency is rare, Vesper always impresses me with their service and skill at what they do. And I have relied on their delivery, only, for a few years now.

Customer service is outstanding. What else could be said?? Well well I guess I could say thank you For having bandages that match my skin tone. 1st I have seen Bandages that are multicolored. Thank you Vesper pharmacy. Update: I have been Patronizing this pharmacy for quite a while now... And it is dy-no-mite! My krib is skip and a jump away. Always have my medication never a problem with my Medicaid.. The pharmacist is calm cool and collective!!! And he knows what hes talking about... I highly recommend everybody to leave big chain pharmacies and give Vesper a call, for reel.

I am a licensed pharmacist from California who works for a chain pharmacy. I was visiting Las Vegas and got sick. I asked my doctor to call in my prescriptions to Vesper Pharmacy. I got a call back and a scheduled delivery within minutes. Coming from a corporate pharmacy, it was nice to see another pharmacist with true passion for the business. I can't wait for them to open more locations, hopefully one in my backyard!
