I have had only the best experiences with NY Discount Pharmacy. George is so on top of my meds and schedule. He reminds me! My meds are shipped and they are ALWAYS on time. George is not only the consummate professional, he is also a super nice guy. I highly recommend their service.

Sam is the best. I went many months dealing with medication shortages until I found Sam’s pharmacy. Not only can I usually get my script filled without delay, Sam is so thoughtful, helpful and accommodating. He goes out of his way for his customers, and makes sure we’re taken care of.

Sam always makes sure his customers are taken care of and is very helpful and thorough. He will go above and beyond to ensure his customers feel supported and have what they need. Very grateful for the service that this pharmacy provides!

Our initial experience at the pharmacy was not so bad but overtime it seemed as if this man who runs the pharmacy decides to be nasty and angry all the time as if we were bothering him. The nerve to do that to a customer and the nerve to get angry at us on the phone when we’re asking to see if he has a particular medicine. And plus you just know that the “discount” in the name is a misnomer. Very disappointing. Like milk, it soured over time this pharmacy.

Disgusting staff and service. Would never give them business. Refused to provide me with my medication “cause there was a meeting held” (no idea how does it has to do with anything, while all three employees were completely free in the store)

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve called twice to ask a question. First time was answered with “What” upon the phone picking up. As I started to ask my question, immediately cut off with “I’m on lunch call me back in 30 minutes”. Called again the next morning, again no “Hello” or anything just a “yeah” when answering the phone. Whoever was on the phone proceeded to be incredibly rude to me. I asked a question about cost in generic vs brand name and was met with “yeah sweetie look it up. Do you have a computer?” along with answering every other question I had as condescendingly as possible. As a pharmacist, don’t you expect to be asked questions like this? I work in customer service, I have never in my life written a review being a Karen like this but I am baffled at how absurdly rude someone can be over the phone.

I had a terrible experience with this Pharmacy. They sold me expired medicine that didn't work, and the pharmacist lied about the copay. Even when insurance was supposed to cover the cost, they charged an outrageous amount, cheating people out of their money. The prices are triple the original cost, making this place a scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.i don't have an option to give 0 Stars

Sam is a great pharmacist and always on top of it! They deliver, have good hours & always super helpful. Would recommend! Thank you Sam! Months later and still going to this location and Sam is on top of it! Always super communicative and makes sure things get done!

I have lived in NYC for 6 years and during that period Sam has offered by far the best customer service as a pharmacist during my time in the city. I highly recommend his services. He is knowledgeable, helpful and customer service oriented. I also want to say he treats everyone equally, as part asian its nice to see a pharmacist who cares about everyone.

The best pharmacy in NYC. Always such a production at the big pharmacies and they rarely give you real updates. NYC discount is always so responsive and helpful - he's constantly communicating helpful updates. Have never had trouble filling a prescription there.
