Easily the best pharmacy in town. A while back, I had a panic attack when switching between anxiety medications, and a pharmacist stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes, listening to me cry, convincing me I wasn’t dying, and telling me the symptoms I should watch out for that would require medical attention. A chain pharmacy would not do that. Another time, there was a supply issue with a medication I was on. They planned ahead and had scripts of 3ish days worth so that everyone could make it through the weekend until they could get more. When this happened at other pharmacies, I was just told “no,” that they don’t have any and to deal with it. To top it off, I’ve had really good experiences with the prices of most of my prescriptions. I am super appreciative of the quality of service at this pharmacy. Whenever people complain to me about their pharmacy, I always recommend Browns.

Since Rite Aid stores began to close, it became apparent that it would be beneficial for me (and the other close members of my family, including my 98 year old dad), to transfer all of our prescriptions over to Brown's Advanced Care Pharmacy. This decision has turned out to be one of the finest I have ever made, especially where prescriptions/pharmacy ideas are concerned. I am truly experiencing a highly positive impact not only with myself, but for the others who were not able to handle this type of decision alone and without tons of information. Since the first time I drove up to the drive-thru window, I have been treated with respect and everyone that worked there has introduced themselves to me and my dad, not to mention my other close family members who have been treated to absolute kindness and support! I have been using Browns Pharmacy for years, because at those big chain pharmacies, I had always felt like a number to them, instead of a client and their lines were always at least a 30 min wait. At Browns, you receive the highest quality of customer service and your line is never as long as those big chain Pharmacies. A big plus as well is when your car is broke down or you just had surgery, they will deliver to you. Its nice to feel like you matter, instead of feeling like a number, wasting your time in line somewhere else. I recommend Browns to anyone that is looking for a high quality pharmacy with that home town feeling❤️

Best Pharmacy in town!! Every single person that works there is extremely friendly and they treat each customer as if they have known them forever. I have a service dog and they have never treated me badly for bringing her in! Thank you Brown’s for being so amazing!!

I went there for diabetic testing supplies. I found a box marked $12.59 on the shelf. At the counter, the cashier actually removed the sticker and tried to charge me $19.35, because that was the price tag on the box I brought in for reference. I’ve been a long time customer, but I won’t be back. Treat people right and they come back. Treat people like this and they go to Amazon. So long Brown’s!
