Barr's Pharmacy of Xenia

After paying almost $400 month for over 25 yrs at Walmart, I transferred all meds to Barr's - I now pay less $70 month and they will deliver for free. I tell everyone I can about how Wonderful Barr's is! S.Filson

Very good because if you need delivery you will get it by the pharmacy not USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Customer service is excellent.

I love the service I get from all the folks here. I think it is pretty awesome when you call in and talk to them, and they treat you like family. Plus, they are very knowledgeable and usually on top of everything. They even offer delivery service, should you need it.

Austin the lead pharmacist is the most unprofessional and rude pharmacist I've ever had contact with. I've been coming here for years and never had a problem until recently. He literally asked me why I was there to pick up my prescriptions if I had not gotten their text yet!!! Well because it's been 45 minutes and I have other stuff to do on my only day off. He also yelled at me in front of EVERYONE there and said I can just wait because my prescriptions are controlled substances. He also told me to go to another pharmacy if I didn't like him, which I did immediately after leaving there. Such a shame 1 person can ruin a whole business. They deserve to go bankrupt with that kind of service.

InI have a metal plate and 5 screws in my foot. Today was the second day I walked 1 mile with sidewalks covered in 1.5 feet of snow to pick up medication I'm physically dependent upon after I was called to told it was ready. Tomorrow, if they actually produce my medication, will be the 3rd mile I have to walk on a partially broken foot and now I'm not well since I don't have my medication. I'm not going to go through this again; this is my last time dealing with barrs.

Best customer service. Love not feeling like an inconvenience to employees (had this at multiple other pharmacies in the area). We have officially abandoned all pharmacies and my whole family uses Barr's now.

Very friendly and professional while still keeping the small town and family feel. I switched all my prescriptions over from a "big box store" and so happy I did! They deliver, no more waiting in line!

Literally the BEST pharmacy we have ever used. The service is phenomenal and definitely filling the need for the care and service that is sorely lacking in the chain pharmacies. We are forever customers!
