Worst pharmacy in Columbus, complete incompetence almost to the point of malpractice. Gave my wife the run around of why my post surgery pain medication wasn’t called in properly until I finally proved to them that it was and then they told me well their system was down this morning. I will be finding a new pharmacy after today such a shame since that’s where I shop.

Had been going to Kroger since I was young and thought I’d try out Giant Eagle. Gotta say that I’m happy I made the switch. Saturday morning/afternoon is when I do my grocery shopping and Kroger at this time only ever had one check out line open. This Giant Eagle always has at least 2 usually 3. Never have to wait more than a few minutes compared to usually waiting at least 30 mins at Kroger. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always smiling. They actually greet you when you approach them, unlike the scowls and complete silence you’re met with at Kroger. They keep the whole market very clean and everything is laid out well. Only gripe is the prices are a bit higher than Kroger. I went from paying $120-150 per week to $150-180. That being said the fuel perks are a bit better and the slightly higher prices are worth it for the superior service and execution. They even have a bar where you can get a beer to take with you while you shop!

Drive thru experience is terrible, they do not answer within a reasonable period of time and there is no acknowledgement of you. This has happened 3 times and I’m done trying to use it. There are many pharmacies in the area, you can choose a better one that trains their staff in customer service.

They are always kind and courteous and helpful, working with ,me, my insurance company and my multiple doctors. Making sure I don't run out of refills and get the correct meds, they even personally call me as needed. Today I came just before closing and my newer prescription had not made it to auto refill and was not ready. I was at the drive thru at like 4:58, they asked if I could come back I, the morning but when I told them, by my fault I had already gone without this medication almost 2 days they stayed over and filled it for me. I am so thankful as I uave a very busy day tomorrow and would not have made it back. They regularly go above and beyond!

Good luck go to Antony’s pharmacy on Brice road they answer questions and treat you like a human instead of act like you’re faking a prescription and refuse to fill it

The pharmacy staff did not know where masks were located and was not willing to assist. They directed me to a guest service line with many people in it

I can't thank the pharmacy staff enough for being patient with me as I frantically tried to get my girlfriend's prescription filled an hour before close. Rockstars, all of them!

Market district is elite. They have new employees some still learning and this is very apparent in some of the conflicting info provided sometimes but overall they are all excellent workers and very helpful
