I have followed the owner of these four 15Rx pharmacies since he was employed by chains decades ago. His work and attention to detail was always perfect and the moment he opened 15Rx I was one of his first customers. He has recently added a customer Laison to the team to ensure the quality of service does not degrade as 15Rx grows. I highly recommend 15Rx to anyone who is fortunate enough to be near these locations. Really appreciate the customer service all the time recieved at this location. And today was really no exception. Would love to one person in particular Qinyka Simen. She really heard my concern for the high cost of my Rapatha prescription and said let me see what we can do. As it turned out she was to reduce the tremendously by getting me a coupon card thru Rapatha. I can not thank her enough especially during these times of high inflation and me being a senior citizen. Thank you again.

QINYKA SIMIEN…….. Amazing!!! I had an issue with the insurance and the doc office and she took care of both!! Extremely Quickly! I wish more people were like her when it came to dealing with insurance and doc offices. LOVE IT!!!!

Excellent location to refill my prescriptions. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They’ve even obtained and entered savings cards info into the system while I waited saving me hundreds of dollars! I’m not just a number, they know my name and make friendly conversation! Best ever!

I have filled probably over 1200 prescriptions maybe even 2000 my life and this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist didn’t know how to run an insurance card and wanted me to pay cash. Then the medical Director with the insurance card information couldn’t seem to know how to process it. I waited there over two hours, and left with no prescriptions. I watched a miss handle other customers as well. They came in for a simple anabiotic and they’re already in the system and a current customer and still couldn’t get the prescription filled properly. If I could give it minus stars in the review I would. Pharmacist was completely overwhelmed, which has two prescriptions in two hours, and there was no pharmacy, techs or assistance to help him. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Still going here. I’m sure I gave a review a few years back. They have been servicing my Moms medicine needs and still doing great. I’m not a customer but I sure feel like one. Thank you for showing your genuine care for my Mom-MsGomez, she’s been a customer since day one at this location.... as well as for me. We’re happy here. You should have your prescriptions/medical needs filled here. Thank you Mr Raj &Team

I absolutely love 15Rx #2!!! I have been a customer for several years now & They treat me like family, they know my name when I walk in. I love that. So much more of a wonderful experience than the big chain’s when you’re just a number to serve. I feel that they really care about their customers here. And I am grateful for that!!!

Jonathan was outstanding each time we had pharmacy reviews at our group homes!! Absolutely polite and knowledgeable. Q from 15RX2 was also kind and personable. Totally helpful and fun.

My wife and I are very impressed with 15RX. We needed our Covid vaccination and had tried several places. The vaccine map showed 15RX had received 100 doses so we called them. Initially they indicated they didn't have any more available but when we explained why we needed to get our vaccine they dug a little deeper and found they had two slots left at different times. Turns out I got the very last dose they had. The staff is very friendly and the facility is well maintained. We are very impressed with their service and willingness to dig deeper to find that they did have the two doses available.
