There is so much charm and personal attention at Uptown Pharmacy. The staff and pharmacists all strive to get to know their patients and not just be an Rx#. They provide so many services you can’t find in other chain pharmacies like compounds, immunizations, medication therapy management, and I know they do other testing as well. A breath of fresh air from the bigger pharmacies around for sure! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Uptown Pharmacy is a locally owned, old-school gem with outstanding customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, with a strong connection to the community. It’s a refreshing change from big-chain pharmacies—highly recommended. I’m glad I made the switch.

Needed a compound prescription and most places.Do not do that, but uptown, pharmacy does, and they have been very helpful.And they were very quick in their service

We have been patients of Uptown Pharmacy for many years. Uptown Pharmacy is the best pharmacy ever! They care about their patients and go above and beyond anything needed! Several years ago our little grandson was visiting from out of town. He developed an ear infection. His mother, a pediatrician, called Uptown Pharmacy to call in a prescription for him. She said Uptown Pharmacy was so very welcoming and helpful in with getting a prescription for our grandson. Today, my Dr. asked me if Uptown Pharmacy had Paxlovid because many of the area smaller pharmacies did not. I said yes indeed they do, because they filled my Husband’s RX for Paxlovid yesterday! My Dr. was very impressed! Uptown Pharmacy is the best! Everyone of your employees are amazing and so very helpful and friendly!! Thank you! We love you all!!!!

I was very nervous about coming. Nothing against the pharmacy but the experiences I’ve had in other pharmacies put a bad taste in my mouth. When I walked in it was small and cozy, I was greeted within seconds of entering the building. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was friendly. The pharmacist explained everything to me in detail, he took time to answer my questions and made sure I truly understood. What a great experience.

The staff here is amazing. I went in for vaccinations and everyone that helped me were very professional, helpful, and kind. Took care of me and and were so kind to my daughter. I will definitely be back.

Got my vaccine at Uptown today. I am terrified of needles and they made me as comfortable as possible. Excellent staff and they helped me through something very difficult. My anxiety got me overheated and dizzy just after. They got me a water and made sure all was good! Highly recommend Uptown if you need to get your vaccine still
