The staff is always helpful and efficient. I can always get a human on the phone! I love that! My meds are automatically filled every month and they text me when I have a prescription ready.

This is the best pharmacy in Baton Rouge. Period. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and keep to their word about when prescriptions will be ready. They even contact your doctor (without you having to beg) if there are any issues. The owner is at work there almost everyday, and he sets an example for the rest of the team. I work in a family owned business as well and respect his customer service and hands on approach. - Matt

Absolutely excellent pharmacy in every way, the best I've ever used. The service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. I really love that they use the "RX to Go" app so I can just scan bottles for refills, although they automatically refill ongoing medications so it's even easier! And they're always both accurate and on-time with refills. You couldn't ask for more than these guys do. There are about a dozen pharmacies that are closer to my home, but I go to Cypress Pharmacy on Jones Creek because the service is worth it. They know their customers by name, which is a nice personal touch you don't get many places any more. Little touches like that mean a lot more to the customer than most businesses seem to remember. Cypress Pharmacy is always going to be the pharmacy I use.

Pharmacist was rude as heck when I called to inquire about a medicine being in stocks. This medicine happens to be used for substance abuse but also for palliative care in cancer patient such as myself. The pharmacist didn't let me say anything before responding "We don't do that type of medicine here" with such attitude and then hung up on me. I'll be letting all or my wide network of chronically ill people how the pharmacist at this place and advise them to go elsewhere to more compassionate pharmacists.
