What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Crystal is so friendly and is there to help as soon as you walk in the door. She makes you feel like family. They are on your side and try their very best to make sure all your medicine is correct and ready very fast. I feel safe placing my life in their hands and know I am getting the best care. Thanks for all you do.

Great Pharmacy! Great Staff! They were able to fill my prescriptions within minutes! Very knowledgeable young helpful staff. I come here from South Philadelphia because the service is outstanding and they always help me no matter what. Great place. Highly recommended!

Hi I had just switched to this Pharmacy. My Rite Aid shut down. I had to call them just now about my meds. , because they don't have what the other pharmacy had where they text you when Doctor calls in your medicine and let you know they are ready. Hopefully they will soom. Anyways the women that answered the phone was so very pleasant and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. But it was about 4:25 on 6/18. Thank you

This pharmacy is one of the best I've visited yet... Despite the hectic tension of a printer malfunction on a very busy Monday morning, these two young ladies, (Chris and Christie) handled each and every customer calmly and collective and with the utmost professionalism while also killing the rude customers with kindness as they repeatedly apologized over and over for an inconvenience which was ultimately caused by a glitch with the printer system being temporarily disabled, nothing that they had any control over. Moreover, they tried to make each experience personable in a way that made you feel like they cared. I appreciate their customer service and can't wait to go back and see these amazing women in the near future.

They are honestly the friendliest non judgemental pharmacy ever. They treat you like a friend that they have known for years and take care of you like family. This was my pharmacy for awhile years ago when I lived in Holmes and was great back then. I’ve since returned as they were the first place that came to mind after switching from another pharmacy. I thought that John back in the day was the best pharmacist but Christina (Chris) is even better and Kelly, Ty, and Conner are all just as wonderful. You won’t get personalized, quick, easy, super friendly service like this at any chain pharmacy and even most other independent pharmacies either. Do yourself a favor and make the switch to the Medicine Center for all your RX needs.

Love this pharmacy, it is so much better than going to CVS. My whole family has gone there for years. They will be sadly missed now that are having to close their doors. Best of luck to all

I had a horrible experience by the lady that answers the phone. She was rude and argumentative towards me. She then argued with me about my insurance card. I kept telling her my insurance card is also my pharmacy card. She kept yelling at me that I’m wrong your supposed to have 2 cards. I kept trying to explain to her I have 1 insurance card that covers medical, medicine, and vision. She cut me off and yelled at me that she’s been doing this for a long time and everyone had a separate card for the pharmacy, I called the insurance and printed out my coverage. Which stated everything is on 1 card. She called me the next day surprised everything went through and approved. No apologies for being wrong. She told me she will call when my medicine was filled . I never got a call back so I went into the pharmacy and the pharmacist couldn’t find me in their system. My medicine was never filled and my info was never put into their system. So everything I went through was for nothing.

I have never been treated so badly by a worker at a pharmacy in my entire life. The lady who works there with the red hair and glasses. Unsure of what her name was bc she was too busy giving me an attitude and yelling at me . From start to finish. Someone like this should not be working with the public. The other women was very nice. Short blonde hair and glasses. But this other lady was even extremely rude to my sons nurse at his doctors office who returned their phone call to try and see what was going on. The red hair woman was trying to help in the beginning but after a little bit , she was extremely mad at me and my nurse and it was so bad that even the nurse said next time she deals with your pharmacy she is filing a complaint on her. Which should say a lot. I can not understand how a pharmacist can treat another provider like that. Let alone a customer. She called my doctors office and when they called back she put her on hold . Understandable . So after a few mins the nurse called me I guess to see what was going on. Given that I didn’t talk to her yet and that they were closing in an hour. The lady told me “cant I see how busy they are and that the nurse needs to patiently wait on hold just like everyone else” there was 3 other workers there next to her. absolutely disgusting attitude she had. And all I was trying to do was get my sons medicine. Which I was told was in stock when I called a few days prior . When I called the same lady answered I’m assuming . I asked if the meds was in stock and she rudely said yea and hung up on me. Didn’t get a chance to say anything after that. So I went in a few days later and she said yeah we ran out. But the same day I called was the same day my sons script was sent over by his doctor. If they ran out by the time his script came in , I should of been notified through a phone call. I’m not sure if they gave my sons medicine to someone else. But like I said in the beginning she seemed like she was trying to fix a mistake that was made. But then it just turned into her being very angry and telling me basically now she’s getting annoyed and that her tone is gonna change . That there’s nothing else she can do for me and wasn’t comprehending anything I was saying to her. Kept cutting me off when I tried to respond to her . She told my nurse that she couldn’t communicate with her unless she was a doctor even tho when they called and left them a message , she did not say to have a doctor call them back . Which that’s not how doctors offices work that’s why they have the nurses and front desk ladies. Who communicate back and forth with the doctors since they are in apts all day with patients. When she did talk to the nurse the nurse asked if the other pharmacy had the meds in stock. She responded with idk I didn’t call them yet. But continued to say I need to speak to a doctor. When she called the other pharmacy they said they had it in stock but in a different mg she came up to me and said “i need that lady back on the phone” I could of had my sons medicine last night from another pharmacy but this ladies anger issues and attitude clouded her mind. I left truly so drained mentally. And just cannot believe a pharmacy would let someone talk to their customers this way. I hope in the future if I have to go back there due to the shortage of my sons medicine , I am treated with respect because I am already under a lot of stress from my sons medicine not being available and having to run around and find it let alone a worker talking to me like absolute garbage. By the time my script went over to the other pharmacy from his doctors office, they already gave the rest of the meds out. Was an absolute nightmare. Sat there for an hour and a half after work just to get treated like that. She said her nephew is autistic and her child has other issues. you would think she would have compassion and understanding coming from one special needs parent to another but it wasn’t there at all .Please do not let that lady speak to people like.
