Publix Pharmacy at Hendrix Crossing

I love Publix Pharmacist. The workers very friendly,and considerate. One of my favorite Pharmacist.

Professional, curteous. I got tired of just being “a number” and waiting in line forever at CVS. There usually isn’t a wait here or it’s minimal. Only problem I have had is being told I have no refills, when I actually did. Alecia is great

I like Publix where I have patronized for 14 years. The only issue is on numerous occasions they don’t have my med in stock, and they say it is on back order and they have no idea when it will be available. I learned CVS has the med and a system to keep customers informed of the status of the prescription. Wish Publix could match that standard.

Very appreciative of the staff here. Had trouble with a discount card from my doctor and they went above and beyond to find an alternative discount that ultimately saved me $150. Best pharmacy around and will be using them for all my future prescriptions

Never been to a pharmacy where the on duty pharmacist puts a hold ('set them aside' I believe was the quote used) on a prescription sent electronically from a doctor. Was told that until the doctors office calls and confirms the prescription the doctor signed off on and filed was in fact the correct prescription, that they would not fill it. Keep in mind the prescription was not an unreasonable one, and is a medication I have been taking in various forms for well over a decade. The best part is the only reason the prescription was changed by my doctor in the first place - the pharmacy was unable to fill the original, and it was in fact their suggestion to change it to a different combination in order to be able to fill it in a timely manner. Long story short: either the pharmacist double majored in both pharmacy and medical school, or they need to learn when it's time for opinions versus when it's time to shut up and do their job.

Every time I go there, the staff is friendly, professional, informative & go above & beyond. One time I had trouble getting my Flu Shot approved, Emily called the insurance & worked for about an hour on this. Another time, I spoke with Debbie about a new prescription, she told me how insurance would not cover this & helped me get some of this medication over the counter. Kelly always takes extra time to answer any other questions I may have. This is a great pharmacy with an outstanding team !

Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. They always ask if I have any questions and if they can be of further help. Whether I visit inside or go through the drive thru, service is fast with minimal waiting. I love the text service notifications. Communications between us is very good. Pharmacy is organized and clean. Great job folk's !

This is the WORST place to get your medicine from! I had micropreemie twins in 2021 and I’ve gotten my medicine from here since they came home in august of 2021. however since then we’ve had NOTHING but problems with them either being incompetent where they try to give someone else’s medicine out or they say they never received the prescription from the dr. What I do know is that don’t care about there mistakes AT ALL so everyone who’s using them should know this !! I’ve never seen such unprofessional people working in a pharmacy.

Great friendly, fast drive through even when there is a line . Very nice clean and friendly on the inside . They also offer vaccinations .
