CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services

Such a refreshing pharmacy experience! My GI works through them regularly to get more expensive medications since they’re so good with insurance claims and authorizations. They even found a manufacturer coupon so I haven’t paid a single dime out of pocket for any of the 3 courses of my medication I’ve received from them! Despite being in Maine, I receive my medication in Chicago within 2 days. I’ve never had any issues with their customer service and it’s wonderful not having to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to someone versus the retail pharmacies near me. Can’t recommend using their service enough!

I was diagnosed with RA in 1983. This was the best pharmacy that I ever dealt with for my prescription. Staff were all professionals, and all of my shipments were prompt and on time. Unfortunately. I had to leave this company due to change of insurance! I very, very rarely give 5 star reviews on Google. But, your company definitely deserve it! Thank you, from my heart!

I love working with this pharmacy. They are kind, caring and professional. They have pharmacists in house ready to talk about any concerns. Their customer service staff go above and beyond to help patients get what they need, even when that means having to work with another pharmacy due to insurance moves. I’ve only had over-the-phone experiences with this pharmacy other than medication delivery, but every person I’ve spoken to at this pharmacy has been very nice and helpful. They provide you with all the information you need, and then some. They’ve always been great with scheduling, which I extra-appreciate with the number of medications I have to manage. They’re highly professional and considerate, and I would highly recommend them if you have any special pharmaceutical needs.

Great folks! They really go above and beyond to make sure you are healthy, get the best price, and work closely with your doctor. The pharmacist I spoke to today recommended an alternative treatment that is less costly and better for me. I have been going to this place for years and they have the best customer service.

I was amazed at the attention to every detail of how to set up the use of my new specialty medicine. They handled everything from working with my insurance to helping me with a pharmaceutical savings plan. I was crying when I found out how little I would have to pay and how quickly I could get started on the road to better health. My experience with this pharmacy isn't the best. Asked for info on a different med for reason of possible future pregnancy and was told to wear condom. When I called to make a complaint the pharmacy tech who answered wouldn't transfer me to a manager he would only transfer my call to the same pharmacy tech I had just spoken to and was trying to complain about. Not a professional place at all! There are several other pharmacies in this state and that's where I choose to go and recommend everyone else do the same.

My medication was going to cost me 250% free insurance but they went above and beyond and searched out a discounted price for me and I was able to get it completely covered. Even if it wasn't free the fact that they did that extra work is nothing short of wonderful. Thank you! I'm definitely taking that back to my Dr to let them know so hopefully they refer more business more often.

The best Pharmacy! The staff is so helpful and nice and they really go above and beyond to help their customers. I have used several pharmacies for fertility medications and this place is the best with shipping, customer service, and price! Very blessed to have found this place!
