Walgreens Pharmacy

Incredibly rude employee (Madison). You are told as the customer by one attendant to wait at the counter, and then all of a sudden this bubblehead shows up all inpatient and annoyed. She doesn't make eye contact, while she looks at the screen: name? Date of birth? It's as if you're treated as some detainee. No "good morning", no "thanks, please, good bye, no nothing. Not even the courtesy to greet the customer. You're treated completely impersonally by some arrogant stuck-up bubblehead who's standing there, and meanwhile, you're shelling out a lot of money and expected to wait for a long time. What bothers me the most is that I walk in there, haven't done anything wrong, and yet I'm treated as if I've done something wrong. I will never go to Walgreens again. I don't care if they don't have enough staff or if they're overworked; they should hire more staff or pay them an adequate salary, I just want to be treated decently as a paying customer, I think I have the right to that

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. 50% of the time they don’t have the medication I need in-stock even though it is commonly used and other pharmacies have it. Then they are unable to answer simple questions about your prescription, process your request that was supposed to be ready from the morning, and make you drive around to wait in line “again” behind 4 more cars as though it was your fault they are inept at their job. Unfortunate since they are on my way home, but guess it is finally time to switch to a pharmacy that has higher standards for their clients.

Abhorrent customer service and inaccurate/misleading information about prescription availability.

Photo kiosk takes far too long, waited over a hour longer than expected for three photos.
