What a gem! I really can’t say how amazing this team was. They helped me with everything I needed and when I sure, pulled the team in to get me just the right wheelchair setup needed. They have a huge selection of medical supplies. You hope you never need them but when you do, this is the place.!

There are multiple entrances depending on what you are there for. The building seems to be interconnected so if you go in the wrong door you can just walk through the other sections to get where you need.

Very knowledgeable staff. Picked out the three wheeler rolator.

Super place to do business with. On 5/29/2024 i spoke with employee who assured me my needs for wife, who had just come home, could be handled. My daughter, who went in my stead, reported that the staff was very personable, and addressed my the needs quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I do not know the young mans name but he deserves a pat on the back.

I needed oxygen tubing, and they had exactly the kind I needed! Friendly staff.

Eagle Highland was the only pharmacy able to compound our cat's medicine to the flavors he prefers, and they showed infinite patience with us in the beginning while we navigated options to get our boy to take his meds. I've transferred all my personal meds to Eagle Highland since and it was a great choice. They are always willing to help and quick to answer any questions within their app. Personalized customer service is getting harder and harder to find nowadays, but it is readily available and always in stock at Eagle Highland Pharmacy. Bonus, Cooper is the best boy in days you catch him in the shop.

Very helpful pharmacy! Came into Indianapolis for a sled hockey tournament, forgot a piece of medical equipment at home, and called here and the guy in charge said that he'd wait for us a bit past closing with the equipment we needed. Super friendly and helpful!

I just transferred from a big chain pharmacy because I could never get them to answer the phone, even in an emergency. Not being able to get a simple question answered about a prescription I was getting filled was the final straw. I had my provider call in my next prescription to Eagle Highland and within 10 minutes of receiving the order they called me! I’ve never had a pharmacy call me. This immediately made me realize that I made the right choice. I’m so glad I decided to try them and I look forward to working with them to improve my health and well-being for years to come.
