I have had nothing but good experiences at this pharmacy. All the clerks have been just fine. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five concerns how incredibly hard it is to get my meds from the terribly "LOW" access window.

My family uses this Kroger Pharmacy more than other local pharmacies as the prices are better on average. The pharmacy employees have been very nice and efficient in the past year or two and the average speed of getting in and out on a pickup order is generally faster. We recommend them for prescriptions! Reviewed on Wednesday September 18, 2024

The only thing I don't like about Kroger is that computer talking. Every time I say that I want the pharmacy, she keeps repeating herself, what can I pharmacy help you with. That gets on my nerves

I couldn’t afford to get my daughter’s medicine because I thought my insurance would go through like they said. Lady working there was RUDE about, talking to me like I was stupid. Shame on you, I won’t be coming back here.

First they said rx couldn’t be filled because of insurance issue, Friday at 4:00 pm. Called next day and it was because provider didn’t check a box. Luckily was able to reach my provider who said all was correct on their end, called Kroger back and was again told it wasn’t their problem. Had to have provider call them. Hours of calls and time spent. Then try to set up online payment so someone else could pick up only to get dreaded 404 page not found message after all info put in. Will not use them anymore.

This pharmacy deserves no stars. They will claim they didn't receive prescriptions consistently. Leaving the client to go on a wild goose hunt to figure out what happened. There is not a single staff member who doesn't have a chip on their shoulder. The female pharmacist and her terrible attitude set the tone for all the other staff to mistreat clients. Have these people forgotten that they're working with sick people. Have some compassion!!

By far i experienced that I’ve ever had at this pharmacy. I take one medication every day. If you know that then it should click that you need to order ahead of time but, no it didn’t! The girl answering the phone gave me 3 excuses, one including that they don’t make them any more. Verbal argument back and forth and then lies and says that she’s hanging up because I was cussing her. This is a lie if I was cussed her out she would know it. I then called back and the pharmacist answered and she turned out to be ruder than the one I spoke with and was yelling (they refused to give names) she said she was standing beside the girl while I was talking to her and everything she said and when I told har that the girl has said no she didn’t. I told her hand to God she stated she didn’t hear all of it. This incident occurred October 21,2023. I have transferred my business somewhere else and will encourage others to do so. It’s already on the internet. I will not tolerate that from people that actually pays them. So the more people I reach them less income your store. That’s not a good thing but it is my mission h. I expect an apology and that would fix it. Oh forgot the pharmacist was yelling the whole time being extremely rude that’s real professional. Do better and get better employees!

Both times I have called this pharmacy the person on the phone was extremely rude. She cut me off from speaking multiple times and was not friendly at all. I was told I would revive a text when my order was ready and never did.

Majority of staff members are professional and friendly. In light of the current pandemic situation and the stress these folks are under, I feel they do an excellent job. Getting a prescription filled is slow if it is a new one and living outside of the city makes it inconvenient to have to wait >1 hour to be able to pick it up however, I still appreciate the job they are doing. I also have not encountered any quicker service at any other pharmacy. With prior planning for refills and the drive through window, it could not be any easier. I appreciate the service they provide for myself and my family. Thank you

I was sent to this pharmacy by my Doctor because of the prices for medication since I pay out of pocket. Not once have I gotten refills where there wasn't a problem. Wrong amounts of medication, dosages changed but I wasn't informed, costs wrong, joined their club to reduce costs and after the second use they increased my costs by 40% no warning or explanation. I tried to contact customer service and it took 20 minutes to finally get someone on the phone who spoke understandable English and they acted like I was wasting their time. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and I will not be back.

Clerks are rude and dishonest. However the older female pharmacist (short hair, heavy set) takes the cake. Never came across a pharmacist so very inconsiderate and hateful. She should not be working with the public!
