This Pharmacy in the Innesbrook center is one of the best I've ever did business with. Friendly, prompt, everyone is knowledgeable and efficient. I've been using this Pharmacy for 3 years, without incident. I very highly recommend This Pharmacy

I’ve never had any problems with this pharmacy. The automatic phone line is annoying sometimes but I get through every time. They are always friendly. Anytime they answer the phone, it’s polite. They make sure all my questions are answered. Especially with my children’s prescriptions. It’s always easy and straightforward.

This place is Loco. You can give them a 90 day script, they will only fill 30 days at a time and then tell you that you need a new script for every single month. Even if you are on long term meds from your doctor. When you ask them about it, they will blame your doctor.... that already wrote you a 90 day fill.... just don't. Go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used! They were supposed to fax a PA to my son's doctor about his prescription, said it would take about 3 days to get back. I call 3 days later and am told we haven't heard anything back from the doctor. So I call the doctor who never even received anything from the pharmacy! So my doctor called the pharmacy to get what she needs then calls me back to say the pharmacy still hadn't sent anything. I had to go make one of the disgruntled employees fax it in front of me to make sure it got done. Then had to wait another 3 days since it was now the weekend. When they got it back they said it was waiting on ins. Approval, I had to call every day to ask about my son's medication just to be told ins. Still hasn't updated in their system, so I call the ins. Co. Directly on Saturday and they tell me Kroger has been trying to fill for 60 days instead of 30 and that's why it keeps getting rejected. She called the pharmacy and had them fix it and they told us his prescription would be ready for pick up by noon because they were so busy. I get there at 3 and they had not even filled it yet and there was no one there, so they weren't busy. Well one was busy eating behind the counter but that's about it. So essentially my son waited 12 days for his meds because no one here could be bothered to actually do their job. I'll never fill another prescription here again and seriously don't think I'll be doing my shopping here again either. Worst Kroger I have ever been too!

This pharmacy needs a lot of work. There are so many issues there. The service is horrible. Rachael is great and tries to help and Matthew does too. There is a woman named Maria who is a nightmare. She’s rude, short, doesn’t know her job, and thinks too highly of herself. She’s just hateful. There are several other younger ppl there that don’t know what customer service is supposed to be either.

I called in for my refill at 10 am Friday & was told that they will get right on it. Called Saturday to get total and was told that it was never filled because when they called to get the med info for transfer the other pharmacy was closed. They close at 4 pm & they had since 10 that morning to do it. Now I have to go all weekend with my medicine that’s for type 2 diabetes because of their negligence. Then the pharmacist apologized for them dropping the ball and offered me “fuel points.” Just go somewhere else like Walgreens down the street or another Kroger’s pharmacy. This is important medicine & for this to happen is inexcusable

The convenience is great, grab my stuff while I'm shopping but be prepared to wait if you use the drive-thru, some cars take forever instead of arguing back and forth the pharmacist needs to tell them to come into the store. If you are a customer have your insurance card and payment ready it's easily a 5 minute wait each car, also remember the birthday you are picking up for don't call your wife's brothers cousin to ask grandmas birthday when you are at the window. Thanks

Tried to be loyal since we live nearby. They are incompetent at best. Every single month the prescriptions are wrong or missing. Had emergency antibiotics called in and it took six hours. After six months I’m giving up on them.

I have used several different local pharmacies. I now go out of my way to specifically use the Kroger Pharmacy on S. Church St. The staff is fantastic, and truly care about their customers. Any mistakes made have been small, and immediately fixed with a sincere apology. The fact that they know me by name attests to how often I'm there, and it's nice to have a group of professionals who understand and care about my needs.

I would give negative stars if I could. This pharmacy is slow, run by kids with horrible social skills who don’t seem to have any idea what they’re doing.. Don’t even bother calling ahead to make sure your prescription is ready, because you …

Kroger Pharmacy repeatedly ran my husbands prescription wrong. First they told him he had to pay $244.00. Of course we said no, and then they re-ran the prescription and told him he had to pay $50. When my husband argued with the tech …

Recently had sooo many problems in getting RX’s sent to the correct pharmacy as doctor had incorrect information. Rachel was great and so nice in getting all straightened out even though this was extra work for her! So appreciative of her help and Kroger Pharmacy. Staff always polite and helpful. Cudos to Kroger Pharmacy!

These stupid ass people gave me the wrong prescription AND I paid out of pocket for it. I called and actually spoke to a pharmacist describing my medication and clearing it over the phone THREE separate times. Went to pick it up, and they …

Every single time that I have ever went to pick up a prescription that "should be ready at this time", it is always 30 minutes to an hour later. We are talking simple prescriptions, as in cream for my daughter. You put a sticker on it and …

As a long time customer of Krogers, I was totally offended there today. I went to the pharmacy to have three prescriptions filled and called earlier to make sure they had the medications. I handed the tech two of them and tried to explain …

My daughter has used it 3 times and issues with 2 of the trips. Last night went to drop off pick up pains meds at 500pm and said wouldn't be ready tonight, they close at 700pm. Thanks but no thanks went to Walgreens on Northfield and was ready in 15 minutes. Won't use Kroger pharmacy again.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Transferred to CVS. It's not even worth going into the entire story because, based on the other reviews, it's clear that it's a moot point. If I could have posted a review w/o leaving any stars I would have.
