I’ve never experienced faster prescription processing at any other pharmacy. 2. Talking to a real person is quick and easy—no AI bots or 30-minute hold times like I had with my previous pharmacy. 3. Every time I go in to pick up a prescription, it’s ready and waiting—no lines, no delays. 4. They also have a nifty app that lets you message the pharmacy directly, perfect when calling isn’t ideal. 5. They offer mailing of medications, making the process convenient and stress-free. **They’re a locally owned business. Great experience every visit. I really appreciate the extra effort in the little details, text message notification when my Rx is ready, once they even mailed me the balance of a medication they were only able to fill partially when I came to pickup. Sometimes I have to remind them about my second Rx, but it's always there, just in a different location in the system for some reason. With a short wait I've also gotten both a flu shot and a COVID booster as a walk in!

I feel like they go above and beyond. Super friendly staff who you can tell cares about their patients.

This is an amazing pharmacy! After having a horrible experience at the local Walgreens on Capitol Hill, I decided to search for smaller businesses in my area. I was really pleased with the ease and speed of my refill and how quick the pickup process was. Definitely beats the corporate pharmacy experience where you just feel like a number and aren’t treated with respect! I am so happy with this place and I’m definitely coming here to refill all my prescriptions.

This is my sister’s pharmacy and I had to run in and pick up her medicine after her surgery. I am SOOOO jealous that she has a pharmacy like this! I ran in and picked it up and was out in under 2 minutes!!! 🥳🥳🥳 It was ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING 🤯🤯🤯 I wish there was a pharmacy like this where I lived!!! …

They are really amazing and get my prescriptions as quickly as possible. They also deliver to doorstep and mail out prescriptions of no charge.

Eastern’s Pharmacy is so good I’m willing to drive from West Seattle to pick up prescriptions. They always have what we need and I’ve never needed to wait for hard to get medications. The staff is always professional and pleasant, too.

Very efficient pharmacy. Small but has good variety of cards, medications and drugs . Some sandwiches and coffee cakes. Candies and refreshments. Single seating tables to drink coffee. Prescriptions are fast, especially if phoned in earlier so physicians can be contacted which all prescriptions are required to do. They deliver if you make an account there. Mailboxes near entrance. Located inside First Hill Medical Center. Parking below and above. You have to pay l believe. l do not have a car.

The staff is very professional but also makes you feel like your more than just a number. Their always quick and efficient but when I leave I always feel like I've left my favorite neighborhood drugstore and I'm smiling.
