Never had any issues and they've always been upfront when meds have been unavailable.
Had my wisdom teeth pulled out recently. They apparently did not have one of my main painkiller prescriptions and didn’t even notify my family that they couldn’t fill it. I’ve gone 5 days now without it. Will never do business through them again. Do NOT fill prescriptions here!
Consistently does not have my prescriptions, I have to drive/call multiple times a week to just have them attempt to fill monthly scripts that have never changed. If they won’t have your RX in stock, they won’t release the prescription to you to have it filled somewhere else, even if it’s overdue. The technicians consistently are rude on the phone and will put you on hold for up to 20 mins at a time. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere that wants to actually help.
Consistently THE WORST KROGER to have to check out at. One cashier and a line extended into the shopping aisle. I've seen young employees playing football while lines grew.... It hasn't gotten better in 4 years. Save time by going to Avon. This one is probably not going to make it.
I have had issues with this pharmacy not having some of my scripts ready when they say they will have them. My most recent problem with this location was to pick up my script on 12-27-2017, so when I stopped by on 12-28-2017, they did not have it, and said they had to order it in. Then I was told to pick it up on 12-29-2017. My wife stopped in only to find out it still was not available, and to check back on 12-30-2017. This will be the third trip for one prescription, which will add 48 miles to my odometer. I'm not getting enough back on discounted gasoline from Kroger to warrant many more of these empty promises. The pharmacist seems to have no problems with delaying these. Good thing I have no life threatening issues, but where is the customer service and doing what is right for the customer?
I usually don’t do this but I feel I needed to. This morning I accidentally called the wrong pharmacy about a medicine that my original pharmacy didn’t have in stock and would be until Monday afternoon. They called another pharmacy to see if they had it and transferred it there. This meant a lot as it is what helps me sleep at night. Thanks so much.
Very helpful and knowledgeable techs.. they’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure I have my prescription even if that means calling other pharmacy’s in the area to see if they have my medication in stock if they don’t have it.
David acts like he’s bothered that he’s assisting customers. Scripts are 50/50 on being filled. Overall just stinks
Marie went above and beyond to help us get our medicine in time for us to leave on a trip! Overall, the staff is kind and helpful.
Pharmacist Jim and Kim are awesome...very caring...they always go above and beyond to help..some of the other pharmacy staff could use a training course on good customer service expectation...but overall a good place for my pharmacolgical needs.
