Pharmist will lie to cover their mistakes. Be careful, double check your medicines for the correct pills. Go on line to do this. I've had this happen at a drugstore and this Kroger. Get your insurance involved if you need to and your doctor.

I've always had good service here. Today what i picked up wasn't covered by my drug insurance, and they had already found and applied a discount coupon. The people are polite and cheerful too.

I hate being a Karen but this is really out of hand. Nearly every time I have to pick up a prescription, there’s a problem. And I get talked to like I am the one who has it wrong and talked down to. I’ve had to call my doctors office’s multiple times and hand them to phone so they can hear from them directly that my prescription actually exists and was sent over, among multiple other problems they’ve had with me. I’ve never dealt with this at any other pharmacy I have used. I have chronic illnesses and unfortunately have many medications I have to regularly pick up, I understand staffing issues but it’s not like I want to be sick and need to use their services so a little grave would be appreciated. I also work a customer facing job and I’d never talk to customers like I am spoken to here.

I have never had a problem here. The line is rarely more than one or two people long at the most, usually I just walk right up and someone is helping within seconds. Can't speak for the drive through as I'm fully capable of waking inside. Staff is polite and you can tell they're busy filling prescriptions but they're still attempting to provide prompt service once they see you. I've never experienced delays picking mine up and nobody has been rude. Cost is fair and I always receive exactly what was prescribed.

I have never dealt with a worse pharmacy. They hang up the phone if you try to call them. I called 3 times and was hung up on twice. Finally a woman answered angrily and quickly transferred me. I was transferred around until someone called me by the wrong name then transferred me again. Every time they ring up my meds wrong with the kroger rx nightmare and we have to get it sorted out. When I go in to pick them up they always complain about being short staffed and that someone called in etc...I told them being short staffed doesn't compare to going through withdrawal because your meds are days late...

Terrible pharmacy! Every time I call to confirm that they received my prescription that I know from my chart was sent in they say they do not have anything for me. I then explain it has been sent in by my doctor and then they finally confirm they received it. The customer service is ALWAYS awful!! I have given them the benefit of the doubt but this has been every single time for at least the last 5 times I have had medicine sent there. They also tell me meds aren’t covered and they are. I don’t understand how a pharmacy can be run so poorly. It’s all around terrible. When I do call I am always on hold for 20+ minutes. My insurance company has called this pharmacy for me before and they even suggested I not use this pharmacy.

The employees are nice as can be, but always stressed because they're overworked and understaffed. Also it, many times, takes a full week to get a prescription refilled. There is something very, very wrong with this pharmacy, and I have no choice but to look elsewhere.

Worst service I have ever had in my life I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again! We have gone to the one in Franklin for years with great service no problem's! We stopped at this location on the way home for my husbands medicine he has to have and all because the doctor forgot to check off the 1-24 so on and so forth box they would not fill it! So we go to our normal pharmacy and guess what they fill it for us no problems! Andrea is who took care of us again she was EXTREMELY rude rolling her eyes and refused to fill it....We won't be back that's for sure! I only gave one star cause I had to put something!

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with in 28 years of my life. My son has been home from the NICU for five months, and since then we have had problem after problem with our prescriptions not being filled, or they are out of something and don't let anyone know until we come to pick it up (after we have received text messages to come get it on their automated system.) I just got home and yet again I have nothing to show from my trip up there. I was told that they had an issue with my insurance (which is fine, we have ran into this before, they call me to let me know, I call the doctor and we get it resolved) but not this time. I was not informed there was an issue, so my infant son has to be without one of his meds. The lack of compassion I received from the pharmacist (not the tech, she was trying her best to help get it resolved) is unacceptable. We have spoken to supervisors, received gift cards, had points added to our Kroger card almost every visit because NOTHING ever goes the way it's supposed to over there. if it were just me, I'd be a little more understanding, but when it comes to the health of my micro preemie son, I'm at wits end. Do not under any circumstances use this place. It's a mess and no one there knows what they're doing!

NEVER answers the phone. will answer the phone and then hang up. after standing in a long line waiting to be assisted they will proceed to rush you and throw the bag at the counter as if it is impossible, busy or not, to place it in your hand. I understand being under staffed but professionalism should be at an all time high at that point because as impatient as you may be, so are your customers. and we don’t get paid to do that job, you do. so do it better.

Went to transfer a new prescription and stood at the window for over 5 minutes without even an acknowledgement from the 2 employees behind the counter (and I know they saw me). I have no problem filling my prescriptions elsewhere that gives better customer service!

McDonald's would have a better pharmacy if they were in that business. I gave this location 24 hrs to full a script. It's STILL not ready. What a joke. Don't use this pharmacy

Called in to check on a prescription, as the online website wasn’t giving me details on why the auto-refill wasn’t going through. The girl who answered was rude and nasty, and I could hear the contempt in her voice. I work over the phones all day, and I talked to someone like that I’d be fired in a heartbeat. Get some nicer people.

Kroger pharmacy you should really teach your staff to hide there judgment better I'm getting really tired of being greeted with attitude when I pick up my medication the staff doesn't even try to hide there annoyance like shaking there head …

Went to kroger on independence to get hamburger advertised, shelf empty and no one working in meat dept. Why open if all you seem to care about is online shopping. They had several kroger shoppers with their carts parked in the way. I spend a lot less there, and its terrible.

Complete garbage. I sat on the phone for an hour and half never even answered so I drove up there. They allowed a woman to sit and block the drive thru for half hour before everyone could back up out of there. Switching pharmacys!

Terrible pharmacy, medicine is not available and they have to order somewhere else.….it’s been 48hrs and not yet arrived their order… Same thing with my husband Rx…. This will be the last and we’ll transfer to another pharmacy.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Staff doesn't want to help anyone, lies about receiving prescriptions, lies about fill times, and goes out of their way to avoid doing their job. Stay far away.

I have gone to this kroger for years. One problem is they never have frozen juice another is their rude the pharmacy has litteraly shorted me on medicine. Another is it takes half a day to get it filled
