They seem to take care of things pretty quickly. I have had 2 brief encounters with less than friendly pharmacists here. The pharmacy techs are great though. Above and beyond for them.
I moved to Madison Ave Kroger from Southern Plaza location over a year ago. I have never had any problems other than sometimes they just dont have something in stock (it happens), but they will find a pharmacy with what you need if necessary. The Pharmacist and Techs have all been helpful, friendly and answer questions about any medications. Great compared to alot of other pharmacies around the southside area.
I deal with this pharmacy on behalf of my Grandmother. When you finally get passed the automated they immediately put you on hold. Then you are on hold indefinitely. This has happened several times. It rings again after so long they pick up say nothing and immediately on hold again. Only time I ever get any help is when the main pharmacist happens to pick up. He is great. All others seem like they just put you on hold and never help. I always have to make the trip to the store to deal with any issues we have. I would change pharmacies, my grandmother has went here for 25 years and doesn't like change. There needs to be some more training or better staff. So unprofessional. I took over for her because she had so many issues. I feel sorry for the other elderly people who doesn't have someone to help them.
The people working here are amazing. They are dealing with customers as well as filling prescriptions all day long. They have never made a mistake in any of my prescriptions and they always answer all of my questions no matter how busy they are or how stressed they may be. (These are trying times and we all need a little patience because we are all stressed.) I won't go to any other pharmacy because these guys are the best.
They will lose your prescriptions, then try their best to gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault. They are only open a few hours a day, and honestly I’ve never encountered a more rude staff. They absolutely will not answer the phone, and if you’re disabled, forget about using the drive-through, it’s never open.
RUDE! I called on behalf of my elderly grandmother and spoke to the pharmacist. I asked about her refill that was on back order. In a very condescending tone he said, "Oh my God, I gave her everything that I had! We couldn't fill the whole prescription. I don't know when or if we will be able to get the medication. I already told her that!" I called and spoke to the shift manager and she did apologize and said she would address it with the store manager. If you can go somewhere else, that would be your best option.
If you can go anywhere else, do it! Rude Rude Rude! I use the Good Rx app. The tech told me she was “far too busy to enter all of the codes. The prices are the prices.” Really?! Garbage customer service. I’ve been a customer there since I moved to Indianapolis and drive by this store twice every day. I will drive further to shop and fill prescriptions from today on. This store lost a customer today. I assure you, I will make sure to let my neighbors know as well. Pitiful.
Very helpful and courteous people to do business with. Told us and then showed how we could save some money on prescriptions; even though it cost them some money in the long run. Highly recommend.
They are very rude and unfriendly DO NOT RECOMMENT GETTING MEDICATION FILLED HERE IT WILL TAKE FOREVER..They lost my friends script and tried to accused her husband of picking it up already but yet the handed a NACOTICS SCRIPT BACK OVER THE COUNTER WHICH IS ILLEGAL !!! ALL Pharmacist are Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO BUSINESS IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS!!! THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.. SOUNDS LIKE THE TALING MEDICATIONS... AND THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR..💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
This is my preferred kroger. But they can't even answer my question if they have medicine that I can buy to help my symptoms? Great.
They never answer their phone and I haven’t even filled a prescription with them yet I think I chose the wrong pharmacy
This pharmacy is a million times better than the one in Southern Plaza. They are alot nicer.
This used to be a very friendly and helpful pharmacy when Mark was around.
