Great pharmacy. Staff is very nice. Rarely have to wait in line. RX refills fast.

This pharmacy frequently talks to patients in condescending tones. Whenever I go to this pharmacy- or even CALL them, I know I will not be respected; and hardly even helped. There have been numerous times when my prescription was supposed to be filled, nothing was done about it, and still they do not offer me an extra medication so that I don’t go a day without it. This is sad- we should be able to go get the medication‘s we need without talking to someone that doesn’t like their job.

This pharmacy is not the usual. The people who work here are wonderful. They greet me by my name. They are friendly and helpful. My questions are always answered. I rarely have to wait when picking up a prescription. They are prompt with filling my prescriptions. They will even deliver, if needed.

I think this may be the best pharmacy in town. A very helpful staff which goes out of the way to provide superior customer service. The pharmacists are able to provide understandable information about the drugs they dispense and the technicians and other staff members greet you with a smile. EVERY time.

If you ever switch doctors, just switch pharmacies too. Twice in the past year I've had to switch doctors and both times this pharmacy has tried to fill my prescriptions with the old doctor. For one medication, they refilled it correctly 4 times before reverting to the old doctor. For another medication I specifically called beforehand to be sure they filled it with the new doctor, but when I got there they'd filled it with the old one. I don't think this is the pharmacist's fault. I think there's something wrong with Kroger's computer system. Otherwise, this has been a great pharmacy.

This pharmacy is truly unlike all others. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and make me feel as though I am important to them. This has not been my experience at other pharmacies in the area. I have switched over to Kroger pharmacy completely, and I have this staff to thank. Thank you.

The sweet lady checking me out was understanding. However, the pharmacist nasty under hand comment about why I was taking the medication was unnecessary and embarrassing. I wasn't happy that all the people in line were now privy to my health and my child didn't need to know either. He needs to keep his nasty comments to himself. This wasn't the first time his open opinion about health issues has been public. Stop talking about everyone's health issues. HIPPA applies here too. Just to get my meds and go cost me over $1000 just so he'd stop embarrassing me. I didn't even care about insurance at that point. My dignity was crushed.

I have had SO many bad experiences with this Kroger on 86th Street near Westfield Boulevard. Prescriptions requested for refill on the portal that require a doctor's renewal have been sent to Never Never Land, as in I have never heard back from the pharmacy about what is going on. The request is just deleted when I look up the status. The front register staff are clueless about how to fix issues or process renewals. They are very slow in providing service when you go up to the container. The last time I was there, the person manning the pickup counter literally walked away and ignored me for at least 5 minutes. At this point I will go back to the Kroger on Keystone and 62nd street, even though it's farther away, because I never had these problems, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I called about a prescription that should have been filled ten days ago… it won’t be ready until 5 pm today. It’s 10 am, ten days after the fill request. I’m confused? This is a constant at this pharmacy and you receive an attitude by whoever you speak with, like you’re the one who missed the mark by ten days.

Great experience. The online portal sent my prescription to the wrong store, but they were able to fix the problem and fill it in under 45 minutes. I’ve had similar problems before at other pharmacy chains and ended waiting days for them to fix it, if they ever did.

Numerous experiences of the pharmacy and/or drive-thru not being open even though signage says it is. It’s been infuriating getting my scripts here, but since it’s one of the cheaper places, I still have to put up with it. Some of the …

They didn't call to remind me that my refill of 3 expired so when I needed it they tried or faxed the doctor a request but they recieved nothing back but luckily were able to give me enough to last the weekend
