Best pharmacy in the area. They are very personable and always deliver great prompt service. They are on a different level. I’m so glad I found this place. I won’t go anywhere else. Five star. In every department.

I have to say I didn't leave here today feeling happy in fact quite the opposite more disappointed especially for it being 2025 and how I felt I was being judged by several of the pharmacist, completely Immature behavior from the older pharmacist and the young were a bit uptight and uncontrollable laughing in my direction which made me feel uncomfortable but seen them as a disappointment of humanity of negative energy when it comes to dealing with diversity well lgbt to be infact, I'm not sure if I'll return here cvs pharmacy is a bit more nicer which matters to me, it's sad though because it's right next door to the urgent care but negative, I don't dwell around negative people they would definitely need to upgrade personality which is most important before all else I'll have to think about it if I will return here which is more convenient but a little toxic today for me, but this is why I don't ever automatically respect the older generation without good cause you can't respect disrespect it's crazy if you do, they should feel ashamed of themselves because they embarrassed themselves in front of me while giving me a unwelcomed vibe the whole time being in there while I was so polite while not feeling my best. I was glad to get out of there.

I love this pharmacy and the 99% of the staff and only give it four stars because Lynn is so unprofessional and at times just mean for no reason at all. I hate it when she answers when I call.

The people are nice but what isn’t nice was the ripping off of people on MAT drugs trying to do the right thing. My girlfriend and I are on the same medication. Her cost at waterfront is as 280.00 for 56 pills a 28 day supply. I get 90 pills for a 30 day supply for 135.00. These are the same exact pills. Same manufacturer and all. Luckily I got her into the same pharmacy as me and now and she pays 80.00. Like I said. The people are nice but I don’t agree with the get rich off of people that depend on a certain medication. Hopefully one day the gouging will stop or limits will be set on these drugs. Realize it wasn’t our fault for being prescribed opioids during the epidemic from greedy uncaring doctors…

I have a question? If anyone can answer it. I live in Pennsylvania, would I be able to get my prescription filled at this pharmacy, or do I have to live in Morgantown?

I’ve used this pharmacy for years, every One is very nice and all the staff goes that extra mile to help out in anyway possible.

Even after moving from Morgantown, I still call the amazing pharmacists at waterfront family pharmacy when I have a prescription drug question. They are so amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. They are the best pharmacists one could ever hope to work with, and I can't recommend them more enthusiastically!!!!! They are very gracious also to answer my questions over the years despite my no longer being a customer. I think of them as friends:)

They treat you like family. I will already use them as my pharmacy
