⚠️‼️The WORST pharmacy in the area!!! Pharmacists are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. My time at this pharmacy has been hell. I’ve struggled getting my medicines filled, only after multiple requests and back and forth and even after arriving they still aren’t ready, leaving me having to wait even longer. This pharmacy has also released my medicine to someone else!! Luckily this person lives in the same home as me but had never picked up for me before and I had never given permission for it to be released to them. They just saw the same address and gave my medicine. Their automated service does NOT work so don’t even try. The delivery service SUCKS and that was the only reason I stayed so long but now they’re just missing scheduled deliveries and when they do deliver, they give zero time frame and follow zero simple delivery instructions. The final straw for my wife and I was after requesting her insulin multiple times and after it being sent by the doctor, Jefferson failed to deliver it TWICE and then failed to fill it altogether. We finally got it, a week late after having been sick all week without it because of this pharmacy!!!! I could go on and on about the many instances I’ve had with this pharmacy that are incredibly infuriating. To be honest with you I’m sure this pharmacy is breaking all types of rules and violations regarding HIPPA, etc. I realize they are a local business however, when you’re handling something so important such as people’s medications, you HAVE to do better. I warn anyone thinking of switching to Jefferson to stay FAR, FAR, FAR away. I will be looking into where I can report their negligence to.

OMG! My CPAP crumped and I actually cannot work without it. We were able to give me a loaner and send off the broken one with only 2 hours notice. Happy I purchased it there, delighted it was under warranty, and so so grateful that Jefferson Pharmacy has this ability. Plus they've always worked with me when I've had concerns about my mask. Thank you Priscilla! You have big shoes to fill since Sandy left and you're knocking it out of the park!

I truly want to thank Jefferson Pharmacy for everything that they have done for me personally & meeting all of my pharmacy needs. I also want to give a huge shout out to Ayrin one of the pharmacist at this pharmacy for always going above and beyond to help me out with all of my questions concerning my medication. When insurance says no Ayrin doesn’t accept no for an answer and will do anything she can to make sure that patient needs are met. Ayrin does things that the doctor’s office should be doing but instead because she cares so much about her patients she lends the helping hand to get things done! I truly appreciate the person & pharmacist that she is! Thank you so much for always having my back & seeing to it that you get back to me to let me know what is going on, for taking time away to call insurance & get answers & speaking to them directly! Your hard work does not go unnoticed! I appreciate the pharmacy techs as well for going the extra mile to help.

The folks at Jefferson Pharmacy were awesome. I needed a medication compounded for a very ill cat and they had the medication ready for pickup within 2 days. I'm very pleased with their service.

This pharmacy took care of my dad's meds before he passed. They gave him individual care and he wasn't just an order to them. He was grumpy but lovable and they saw that. We're grateful for the care they gave him.

Jefferson Pharmacy knows me as my given name Marian Banks. They're Awesome. All staff are great, delivery service is great. I've been using them since about 2011, moved here June 2011. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. Theyr all so very nice and helpful.

They were supposed to have my prescription ready by Wednesday but yet I'm here Friday to pick it up and it is still not ready so now I have to suffer because they can't do their job I would not suggest this pharmacy to an animal let alone a human

This pharmacy is amazing. A friend of mine went on hospice. We changed to this pharmacy and they were amazing. They delivered the medicine to our door. We had issues at the other pharmacy with pre-authorizations and paper work. When we switched they absolutely took care of everything so we could focus on caring for my friend. Support a small amazing pharmacy like this and you will not regret it. Thank you for your help!

My family is so very thankful for Jefferson Pharmacy, when we needed to rent a hospital bed the same day they arranged to deliver and set it up for us, and we could pay by cash or check or cc over the phone. Extremely helpful, and caring staff. Unfortunately my father in law had to go back to the hospital, so we cancelled the order and they were very understanding. Still wanted to give a good review and let everybody know they are so very nice to deal with.

My wife and I have been using Jefferson Pharmacy for about a year for C-PAP supplies. Jefferson has made it so very easy to receive supplies with no problems at all. The company we dealt with in Martinsburg was not a good experience. We would recommend Jefferson to anyone who is in need of medical supplies.
