Payless Drugs

For the last 5 or 6 years that I have been going to this Pharmacy, they're always polite, respectful and treat you right. They're very helpful and will do everything possible to get you what you need. This Pharmacy is nothing like any of the other ones, to me, it's much better and I'm thankful to have these people serve me with my medication every time I go there. They treat you like family or friends.

If you are looking for a pharmacist who cares about her customers, this is your place. We love Ms. Candy. She draws encouraging pictures, and when you are sick, she adds them to your bag with your prescriptions to let you know she cares. She is a rare gift in a world where people care so little about one another. She uses her position to spread light and love. That alone is worth supporting this business.

I recommend Payless Drugs to anyone. They are fast, extremely friendly, and go above and beyond to help their customers. A local pharmacy that has up-to-date procedures and notifications with a community-friendly attitude!

Best pharmacy I've ever used and the only one I've used for at least 8 years. The staff is amazing! They are kind and caring and go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend! There are 2 pharmacies closer to home but It's worth driving the extra few miles to me.

The lady that runs the register is VERY rude (there's actually 2) and has a bad attitude for no reason. She doesn't want you touching anything on the counter even if you plan to buy it they won't let us know hold it to look at it and instead of politely telling you that they aren't ready for you she yells " it's not ready yet" very rude and I won't be back

I can't say enough good about all the workers they have been such a blessing to me.. the free and friendly delivery is so great.. they all become like family I've never seen a pharmacy go out of their way to be helpful.. I so appreciate all of them.. I have read a few reviews about Walmart pharmacy being cheaper.. Walmart is a multi billion company.. Payless Drugs are not... I tell you one thing .. the workers at Payless Drugs go way out of their way to help you and I don't quite understand any negative reviews.. they all become like family and as I said before I've never seen a pharmacy that goes out of their way to help.. I can't put into words how much of a blessing each of them are.. I honestly love each and everyone of them

This pharmacy is the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff truly care about their customers and their health care needs; they always have time to answer questions. Payless Drugs in Springville is the best pharmacy around.

We rarely use this pharmacy due to previous service issues. My husband went to stopwatch today and they were supposed to send prescriptions to Walmart but it was sent to Payless instead. We followed up with clinic (which was extremely busy) because Walmart had advised they no prescription for my husband Finally after 6 1/2 hours the clinic said it was sent to Payless by mistake. My husband asked what time Payless received the prescription and it had been sitting for six hours the pharmacist stated that it was on hold since he had not filled a script in over a year and they needed updated information . His reply was that you are the only one that would know it needed updating and how can I know this without Payless calling me. She said I’m sorry that was my fault . She was NOT friendly at all and this was just a reminder of why we left last year. On toP of all this chaos they still DID NOT get any updated information AGAIN we will NEVER use them again. Just sad
