Milford Pharmacy

I moved all my prescriptions over to Milford Pharmacy after Stop and Shop Pharmacy closed. Everyone I have dealt with there is awesome. Everyone is always so kind and it's genuine. Glad I made the choice to move my stuff here instead of just having another Stop and Shop take them over. They are a small business owner, which is a definite plus.

I have no words for the customer service we receive from Milford Pharmacy. Not only do they have great service though, they're incredibly kind. Every time we walk in or call, we are greeted with kindness and empathy. They've gone above and beyond to help us with prescriptions as well (think : sick kids, husband traveling, baby is crying). Just so grateful to have this local business care so much about all of us.

Milford Pharmacy is owned and staffed by an excellent group of individuals. They are very helpful when my husband or myself have a question. They deliver our medications and items we need right away. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Unfortunately, very disappointed. Went in after work to get a flu shot. It was 5:02 pm, was told it was too late - they stop giving vaccinations at 5:00 pm. Ok, fine - that's fair, I was late. I explained that it's nearly impossible for me to get there before 5 pm due to my work schedule. The owner told me to call him on the day that I'm going to come in and he will ask the nurse to stay until 5 pm. So, the following week I called at 2 pm to ask if it was OK to come in at 5 pm for my flu shot & reminded them of our previous conversation. Was put on hold to confirm and then told, YES, it's fine. So, I left work at 3:30 pm, made the nearly 90-minute drive arrived at 4:49 pm. The owner asked for my license to verify my DOB and then told me that he didn't have any more flu shots left. Seriously? So, once again I had to leave without my flu shot. Don't want to make a 3rd attempt. Seems like they're getting too busy with their new clients to be able to do what they've promised. Ugh... CVS here I come! :(

Amazing. I was visiting my sister in Milford and found that I had left behind a critical med in California. Milford Pharmacy took care of everything (including dealing with Kaiser), and I had my medication the next morning. Real people who really care about their customers.

I'm switching back here as the customer service was Top Notch. I prefer rx as last resort. I love the fact it's near bus route and they carry many other options in store (vitamins and supplements) and free delivery and as I remember last year very timely and beyond excellent customer service which is crucial to me.
