When I first moved to Saint Marie's in 2022 I visited the store for the first time. I loved it! There were so many little trinkets many of them with a Christian message which I really appreciated. I began working and got busy so I never frequented as much. After Christmas 2025 I stopped in for the Christmas sale. Sadly, the store did not have as many Christian trinkets as before and cashier wasn't nice like I remembered. I walked out the store feeling bummed. I saw my receipt and it was more than I expected. After inspection I realized my Christmas discounts were not deducted. I went back in and there was no apology, nust a refund. I just returned for a visit. There are even less Christian messages. More new age stuff and the same unkind cashier. No "hello". No, " did you find everything you were looking for?". No " thank you", no " have a nice day" No eye contact..no smile. So, sad. I will rethink my next visit. Where is the small town friendliness, kindness and character???

Jack's is a good pharmacy. It has a lot of neat gifts, toys, and all kinds of other things.

Love Pharmacist Brook. She always goes out of her way, to help customers. The majority of pharmacy tech are also wonderful and go beyond offering their help to me. Thank you ladies. Male pharmacist and just one store clerks/techs are a tad bit rude and unhelpful. Other than that, always wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.

Love this place. It is expensive to buy most anything in this store. I love the staff that work there, including the pharmacy staff. They are all so kind.

Since the new owners have taken over a couple of years ago it has been a joke trying to get prescriptions filled. This last interaction however has been the worst, they have had a total of 36 hours to fill prescriptions from my fiance being in the emergency room witg kidney stones and they are still not ready. Really wish another pharmacy would come to town so that maybe with a little competition they could go back to being more customer-oriented and getting prescriptions out in a timely manner. When the old owners we're running the show you could walk in with a prescription, hand it to them and 10 minutes later be walking out the door. All their associates are always nice, courteous and professional but the amount of time it takes the pharmacist to fill a prescription is unacceptable

The pharmacy needs to be a little bit more private when they are reading out your prescription they have a sign out there saying for people to stand back they don’t read it. There was a guy that stood there right up there at that counter and then they’re reading the prescription. What if someone doesn’t want them to know what they take Figure something out it’s the second time this happened to me I don’t want people knowing what I take. The last time this happened to me I was taking hydros, and there was someone standing at the counter when they announced it and then from now none at one person kept bugging me to have the hydros.

My son went in to buy supplies for s first aid kit. I spent my time browsing the aisles full of whimsical and cute items-from jewelry to kitchen items to Christmas decorations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rude customer service. Girl would rather eat a popsicle instead of being helpful. Short dark hair and glasses. I won’t be back.
