My DR called a script in for me at 11:00 am today . 4/07/2020. I normally receive a text when my script is ready and it was 6:15 pm and I had not heard from them so I called. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude when I ask if it was ready. She said NO and it will not be until tomorrow. I ask her why, because my DR called it in at 11AM. She said because we are busy and hung up on me when I ask her name. Called back to speak to the pharmacy manager. Held for 10 mins and I hung up. Never use the pharmacy. I never will again and I will call Bentonville in the morning

I recently had dental work done had a prescription called in .when u got there to pick it she told me she couldn’t find my insurance info and I needed Id I then went to my car to retrieve my id and insurance card (no problem). When I got back to the register she told me she couldn’t find anything for me to go to the consultation window I get there she says 20 min . I leave come back the pick up window says we have nothing for u remind u I just had dental work done I’m tired and irritated. These people are the most unorganized unprofessional people ever!! I will be calling headquarters. The Entire store is poorly operated

I came from Walgreens (tried two locations and it was just a horrible experience!). This Walmart pharmacy has just been a breath of fresh air! Medicine always on time and we never have to worry if they've received something sent from the Dr (whereas Walgreens wouldn't even start working on it unless you called!) We go to pick it up and it's almost never a long wait. Maybe 5 mins max each time! Very thankful for all the hard work they do. They're always polite and making sure we're set to go.

Had a T Lift on my lower back on a Thursday and was released from the hospital that Saturday, my surgeon wrote me a prescription for 28 percocet before I left. My wife and I went straight to their pharmacy and had them filled, after I got the prescription that they filled the bottle was marked for only 21. I asked the Pharmacist about the other 7 and he said they wouldn't do 28, I then asked if I could get the other 7 when the 21 ran out and he said no. I find it wrong that they went on ahead and filled it before informing me that I would be losing 7 of my pills completely. I find it wrong that I had a major surgery that comes with lots of post OP pain and they just took it upon themselves to decide I wouldn't be getting my other 7 at all, even after they called my surgeon and he said that was what he recommended and what he said I needed. I will never use them again. Quite shady in my own personal opinion.

After being put on hold for over 5 minutes, the associate never answered. Finally I hung up and called back the same associate answers the phone, I inform her that I was the lady she put on hold for over 5 minutes, she never apologized, but says can I help you. After telling her that I needed a prescription refilled for my daughter and giving her the information requested, she continues to ask questions saying she needed more verification. I gave her my daughter name, our address and her date of birth. What other verification is needed? My 9 yr old daughter has really bad eczema and needs a topical cream to keep it under control, not a drug problem. When she is satisfied she says I needed to know this is the right person and rudely says it will be ready after 2 p.m. Lord help us...these are the people suppose to help

I called 8 times and no one answered, I called directly thru Walmart and no one still answered and I was put on hold by a Walmart worker for 23 minutes! I arrived to the baseline pharmacy from north Little Rock 23 minutes later and I still had the call going of me being on hold. My medicine still was not ready and was sent in two days before and the lady at the register had a bad attitude when I stated how long I’ve been on hold and that they must have their phone on silent because they not picking up and she said she is only one person but that has nothing to do with them not answering phone calls.

Came to get a prescription, first they said said it would be a short wait, came back and they said it was stuck in the system after they said they would fill it at the second window. We had enough time to grocery shop with food to the top. This is horrible. Switching pharmacies asap.

I switched pharmacies to Kroger because the customer service declined horribly in the last two years. Alot of turn over at the register. Problems with billing my insurance that doesn't appear to be true, not being able to fill my prescriptions two months in a row and blaming it on my insurance... Kroger doesn't give me these issues. I like this Walmarts blonde lady pharmacist. She's so kind.

I am a regular shopper at Walmart but the Pharmacy is not my favorite place to visit the people that work the front service area is awful they never speak to us customer with a smile or a sunny disposition it's the most rude thing to do to a paying customer they need help with their attitude and I am not just speaking about myself it's all customers they repeatedly say in line that they hate to pickup medicine at this Walmart on BASELINE RD and I have to agree so I am requesting for my meds to be delivered from now on I will continue to shop with Walmart but a different store I can't deal with the customer service anymore rudest employees I've ever come across and I myself was once a customer server and I never disrespect a customer no matter how they acted because the customer is always right
