Walmart Pharmacy

This is hands down the WORST pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The staff are unbelievably rude, like it’s a bother for them to do the job they’re literally paid for. Sitting in the pickup line here is like signing up for punishment — expect to waste at least 30 minutes of your life, even if you’re the only car there. They have zero sense of urgency, zero customer service skills, and act like you’re inconveniencing them by existing. If you actually need your prescription in a reasonable amount of time, save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. This pharmacy is a total disgrace to the Walmart name.

Usually i'd give them a solid three; not great but not horrible either. Today the cashier was a bit rude and my prescriptions (which I was told would be ready by Thursday) we're not ready and one had even been reshelved (both of which were called in on Monday). It's Friday and I still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to fill my prescriptions. As stated, the cashier was too busy smacking her gum to answer any questions or be even moderately polite or useful. Seriously thinking of switching pharmacies.

This place is a joke!! Every time that I have meds to fill there is always something wrong but tonight was the last straw, I called at 6:45 pm and asked if my scripts were ready and I was told “yes” I said that I was on my way, I asked what time they closed and she said 8 pm, their hours are posted on the wall of the pharmacy and here on google as 8:00 pm when they close. I got there at 7:18 pm and they were closed! I’m finally moving my business to a real pharmacy! Ridiculous! Do better Walmart!

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I’ve had to deal with. I’ve been using this pharmacy for almost two years and I’m at my wits end. They never have prescriptions ready when they say. They made me sit and wait over an hour and a half for a prescription they didn’t even have in stock. There has not been one time that I have gone to pick up my prescriptions and the transaction has gone smoothly. I’ve had enough of it and will be switching pharmacies ASAP.

Walmart pharmacy is inside a 24 hour 24 hour Walmart store but doesn't stay open all those hours it is 9AM to 9PM during the week. On Sunday 9AM to 6PM. I wish they would have more pharmacy hours considering it is in a 24 hr. Store. They service is a little slow so I would call it in on refills. They always get the right medicine to you with pharmacist giving consultations.

Way too long of a wait. Called in prescription at 3pm, still waiting until 7pm to pick up. Was told a two hour wait for an over the counter persceiption. Service sucks...
