Walmart Pharmacy

The last time i came here my prescription was ready to go but the customer service wasn’t very friendly but maybe they were tired. 🤷🏽‍♀️This recent time I came, I came late to get my prescription (10 days later) due to my own laziness (8 months pregnant) and I forgot my insurance card and they didn’t have it on file so again my fault but i feel like the customer service provided could have been more pleasant instead of their attitude. They said they had to refill it since i took so long to pick it up and while i went home to get my Insurance Card they could have refilled it but nope. Waited till i got thrre and said it would be “15 min” and i waited for 45 Min with my 1 year old child.

Wish I could give a zero, go somewhere else. Literally will not answer on purpose or put you on hold or hang up on you... laughed on the phone today while I was trying to get a PA for my medicine... Place is a joke.

Was given the wrong type of insulin. Took it back to the pharmacy and the pharmacist Jennifer was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Told me it was MY fault and claimed it was shown to me before purchase which did NOT happen. She wasn't even there when the mistake happened but was so quick to say it was my fault. She had an rude attitude during this whole ordeal. Worst customer service!

These people are horrible people. They closed early and shut the window on me making me wait 30 minutes. Then when they opened back up they were rude, obnoxious and made me wait another 30 minutes for my prescription. They don't care about anyone and have an attitude. Get a new job if you don't like yours. Unbelievable how people can act.

One star is pretty generous this pharmacy sucks they never have the medicine you need and you have to wait 2 weeks after running out before they will fill your prescription

Horribky slow and will lie to you to placate you. Waited over an hour for a prescription they told me would take 15 minutes to fill and caught an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long. Came back to the window 3 times each time when they told me to and each time they said it wasn't ready. I would not suggest this pharmacy if you have other options.

Ghetto, deli clerk handled trash and then tried to take my order without washing his hands or changing gloves. When I brought it to his attention he laughed and still didn't change or wash his hands.

Awful wait time every time, any type problem almost impossible to handle, aggravating attitudes, open hours are a large inconvenience especially if you really need your medicines.
