Bayview Pharmacy was absolutely terrific to work with, in fact it was my most pleasurable experience with a pharmacy in my life. The employees were very helpful, they checked the availability of my compound cream as I waited on the phone and provided a price. Since I was out of state the technician verified that they could provide the compound and explained how my Doctor can send the prescription. This was all accomplished after being on the phone with them for 2 minutes max. My prescription was filled and sent within two days. The product was packaged very well to prevent any damage and included a full information sheet, along with refill instructions. Bayview pharmacy also gave me a call advising me that the product was sent out. I think I had my prescription within 3 working days of my first call. Absolutely, horrible place to deal with. My doctor sent them a prescription that sat in their hands for a week and they didn't do anything about it.. I kept getting text from them saying the technician has it. They're just have t to fill it out the prescription for us. .. This never happened, so I found another Pharmacy that could Compound the medicine for me. I contacted them and said they could make the prescription for me within days and have it to me by the end of the week. So they tried to get the prescription from bayview so that they could make it for me. They turned them down.. My doctor's office called up bayview. My doctor office said that they were extremely rude and they were shocked. My doctor said they will not doing business with this Pharmacy anymore. They said they were extremely unprofessional and showed little concern for the patient's needs. I wound up using Granite State compound Pharmacy. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me a call immediately back twice twice. And even ordered the stuff to make the prescription without having the prescription in their hand so that when they got the prescription, they could make the medicine within a day. My doctors Office was extremely impressed when they called the prescription in to Granite State compound Pharmacy and said we will be using these people from now on.

I am so upset and hurt by the way I was ridiculed after waiting for a call back from the head pharmacist last week. I had called in to check on my weight loss compound due to dosing errors that were out of my control. This is month 3 and suddenly after never receiving the call and getting another text about confirming the order…during this call I was told my script price DOUBLED due to a .5mg increase from the month prior. As a single hard working mother, I made sure that this was something I could afford and at $200 a month I’ve made it woken. Now I’ve gained 2 pounds, am behind on the medication schedule and the price increase was just mentioned TODAY!! I can’t believe the awful way I was treated and I am at a loss. I felt like it was a joke, as if this wouldn’t have been mentioned to me when I’d called about the issue a week ago. Ryan said he’d take care of the inconvenience, never called back and now a week later…my medication is almost double the price. So unfair and unfortunate. Will be adding photos and an update - my doctor called in a new prescription that matched my last one and this place didn’t even so much as call or text to say they weren’t going to fill it or contact me to tell me. I am currently working with someone who will be working to get me my wasted 2 months of money back. Unprofessional and extremely cruel to say the least - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’m extremely satisfied with the high level of customer service At Bayview Pharmacy. They’re knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I recently had issues making time to drive to Warwick to pick up my prescription. They promptly packaged it up and shipped it right out. I also enjoy their text notifications and quick response. Called on Tuesday to pick up a prescription. It wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Waited over a week to get it filled. Price when calling was $85. Great! At pickup it was now $100. Not a good business model here. Get it together, Bayview. Keep the $15…not coming back

I can’t say enough how easy it is to work with Bayview Pharmacy. They quickly respond to any questions I may have, when we were traveling they worked with me to adjust my prescription to meet my timeframes. Communication is excellent, I wish all pharmacy’s were as good.

The worst pharmacy ever had to dealt with. My doctor send on 8/21/24 and I call 1 day later see if they receive the prescription They said no then call back the next day which is Friday they said they don’t have a profile for me but saw the prescription and they will call me back that evening or next day to let me know when it’s ready. 8/26 they never call so I call them. They said they didn’t receive any prescription for me so I ask my doctor to send another prescription 8/27 they said they never received it. 8/28 they said we have the prescription but there’s no profile for me so again they said they will call back today 8/28 or the next day when it’s ready. Don’t ever use this pharmacy unless u have to and hopefully it’s not an emergency drugs you need

I like this pharmacy but their communication could use improvement. I receive duplicate calls with the same questions and it slows down the process of getting refills. Staff is friendly and other than that it’s a good pharmacy.
