Alexa Pharmacy

Alexa Pharmacy was recommended by my dermatologist. I am beyond grateful to her as Alexa Pharmacy is outstanding and the only place I would call to get prescriptions filled! Their service is friendly and the entire staff is knowledgeable and efficient as well as incredibly helpful. They also have a delivery option which is quick and reliable. I would highly recommend.

This pharmacy is AMAZING! The Staff is ,kind, knowledgeable and supportive. They work hard to get the medication out as soon as possible. I had a problem with my daily pills. Irina very halp me. I recommend this pharmacy

WOW! I used to get my eye meds from Keystone pharmacy (which I loved) but they closed, and recommended using Alexa pharmacy. After receiving my script yesterday, not only did they find me an amazing discount on my meds (same discount that Keystone had provided), it shipped free within minutes of receiving it, and will be arriving today!! Very happy and relieved :)

So far so good. My psychiatrist said this was the only pharmacy I could get my script sent to. I know this to be untrue, as my coworker is on the same one and gets it at Rite Aide. To me that's a little suspicious and I wonder if they get any compensation for sending the script there. Hence the 4 stars because it is super inconvenient. I do not live anywhere near there and can't get my script shipped without a signature for delivery because of the class. Well I work and no one can sign for it, so every month I have to drive there to pick it up. And when I say I don't live close, it is legit 45 min away from my home with good traffic. The people are nice, and the have always called me back, so I can't complain about that.

I wanted to share that this pharmacy is fantastic! I brought my daughter to CHOP dermatologist, who is amazing, and the doctor prescribed a medication that the insurance company refused to pay for. So I decided to pay for this expensive medicine (Walgreens=$983, Walmart=$1080 & CVS=$851). This pharmacy is so kind and found a way to provide this expensive for $150! I am so gratefully!!!! My family lives in NJ, and they mail the prescription directly to my house! Fantastic!

Not happy with Alexa Pharmacy and even less happy with my eye doctor from Wills Eye for not giving me an alternative choice - like my regular pharmacy. Alexa appears to accept the highest price and they don’t help you find lower cost options. They wanted to charge me $80+ for three generic eye meds that I ended up getting from Walmart for $20! They explained the $80 is after what my insurance (Medicare / Aetna) reimburses, but the cashier at WMT Rx went out of her way to find better prices for me irrespective that my insurance didn’t cover the drugs (that’s another bad review). In the end Alexa transferred my scripts, but I would have used them had they only tried a little harder.

The best pharmacy of all. The pharmacist Dorina is the most knowledgeable professional we have ever worked with with. Their personnel works tirelessly to fit all of their patient’s needs. Working with them can’t get easier. The self service is well maintained and always updated. Our doctors never have issues contacting them and scripts are filled regularly and on scheduled time. They always have the correct response to the questions we ask. To them, Our family needs always come first. This pharmacist puts the patient’s needs first. We honor that greatly. The other Saturday, when the biggest snow storm hit our region, even though they were not operating at their regular hours, they drove miles to us to deliver my father’s medication. Dorina is incredible, gentle and takes care of her patients’ needs as they were her own. I thank her everyday for taking care of my loved ones medical necessities whenever and wherever.

God bless the pharmacist over there and staff. I am on accutane and I don’t. why ipledge updated that online programm but it feels close to impossible to reach them for any questions, I was sure I will miss my window with all that mess but somehow this sweet pharmacist got a hold of representative before their opening hour,she got in contact with me and helped me with my issues. She went out of her way to help me to resolve that situation. That is why I love small business. It's so nice to know there are people who still care. I’ll admit at some point I was pretty frustrated and harsh but staff had been super understanding and patient with me. I would definitely encourage people to support small local businesses - your experience there is way different from big chanes.

This is a pharmacy that really cares and knows the value of your money. I had no insurance coverage and Alexa Pharmacy offered great prices for expensive medications that would have cost much more at another pharmacy. The staff is polite and efficient, they answered all my questions and delievered the medicine on time at no charge to me.
