Love the pharmacy and the pharmacists, hate that they got rid of the Health Savings program. The pharmacists have been so helpful every time I’ve gone and are some of the sweetest people you’ll meet. For someone with social anxiety, they’re a breath of fresh air. I no longer dread having to pick up my prescriptions!

Visiting this Pharmacy was a truly horrible experience. I was met with distain and unprofessional behavior from the onset. I attempted to move a $50k profile to this location. They were more interested in training me on their version of woke behavior than accepting me as a new client. I was screamed at with no provacation and then told my response to being yelled at was " bad behavior". When leaving I stated that I wanted assurance that my profile was deleted. The pharmacist/ manager told me that I did not want to do this. That i needed her to transfer my prescriptions to the next pharmacy.This was 100% untrue. My profile to them was cancled the next day, after me making one phone call.

When I asked the pharmacist how much the Narcan is (I work with the public and was thinking about having one on hand) she gave me the stink eye. Then she refused to fill a prescription for three Valium that I needed for a dental procedure because "I need to call you doctor first." Walgreens filled the same prescriptions without issue the same day. I've generally had good service at Mariano's pharmacy but this experience does not make me want to go back there

Best experience we’ve had from a pharmacy in the city. My wife has had tons of issues with other pharmacies in the past but this location is always nice, quick, and knowledgeable. They are very persistent when it comes to finding deals, coupons, and getting ahold of stubborn doctors. We always appreciate the help

This is a wonderful pharmacy. When I lived in Uptown I always went here. They were friendly, knew my name, and always provided excellent service. Missing this pharmacy right now, as I am learning that great pharmacies are hard to come by.

Best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. CVS, without warning, cut the BCBS PPO and Marianos, not only accepted it and took the transfer right away, but they filled my prescription THAT DAY within 30 minutes without me even asking! Oh but it gets better... it was also nearly A QUARTER of the cost. That's right folks! Customer service doesn't get any better than this. Kudos to the pharmacist working this afternoon (forgot her name). Running around solo; absolute superstar. Thanks again!!!
