Alto Pharmacy

Somehow Alto bungled the receiving and shipment of our (very important) trigger medication made by an external compounding pharmacy. Who’s even heard of that happening? Don’t care whose fault it was— it happened under Alto’s watch. It was paid for. No alternatives were offered to get this medication on a weekend. And on two separate days, two Alto employees told us different info. As the cherry on top, our shipping notifications persisted even tho the meds were never shipped or received. Extremely disappointing as we thought Alto was great until this, but can’t trust them anymore.

Excellent overall. The service is supported by excellent software that lets you track the driver and meet him at the building entrance. The soft proposes a delivery date and time, but allows you to adjust it for your schedule.

They used to be good, but they were acquired recently and they discontinued all schedule 2 medications, including one of mine, and didn’t even bother to let me know, nor could I find any information online about the policy change. Even their own FAQ had placeholder content, so not helpful. Good luck under the new leadership… I won’t be using them anymore.

Best pharmacy experience ever! I needed to adjust the amount of medication to avoid potentially overpaying, and they easily did that over the phone. They also found a bunch of discounts for me and were super clear about costs. Delivery was also SO QUICK. I'd love to do all my prescriptions through Alto.

App is easy to use, delivery service is great. I can order my meds in the morning and get them delivered later that day. Great experience.

5 stars for the pharmacist Ed who helped me!!! He was fantastic! He was professional, kind and was so quick to help resolve my issue within 24 hours. I had one message in the app from another pharmacist Sylvia who clearly did not look through any notes or know what the issue was. She was dismissive and basically said "oh well, not my problem". She would get 1 star. If you work with Ed you are in great hands. If you get stuck with Sylvia I am sorry in advance!

This medication arrived looking like it’s been through a battle. The box is completely tattered, one of the flaps came off in the shipping box. This is a sensitive medication and it arrived looking used and abused.

The worst pharmacy with extremely poor customer service. Dropped the ball on delivering a time sensitive medication. They cancelled the delivery without any notification and refused to deliver even the following day. Would not recommend to anyone. Please choose a different pharmacy. I would not even provide one start if that was possible. PLEASE AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PHARMACY. No accountability at all!

Delivery person was very courteous. I feel bad cause she try to call before she came and I didn’t pay attention and my phone was in vibration.

Incredible customer service. They respond almost immediately to messages, you speak to real (friendly!) humans and they anticipate when you might need refills. Also they deliver same day! No complaints
