I leave my doctor's office at 9am and at 11am Andrews delivers my new meds to my door. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Never have had a bad experience at Andrew’s since I switched from CVS and Walgreens. They are never under-staffed either as this was another problem, long lines and closing early which they do neither. They also always answer their telephone. They also do free delivery for prescriptions!

Staff members are always welcoming and respectful. They take time and ask if you have any questions or concerns about the medication. Also, taking time answering questions that may arise. They offer a free delivery service if needed as well. Some Covid and flu vaccines are available by appointment. I believe this Pharmacy believes in Customer Service!

My family has used every pharmacy in Shelbyville and by far the only pharmacy you should ever use is Andrews. Medication will be ready when they say it is. If something isn't in stock they will get it for you in a timely manner (never more than 12hrs). They are consistent and will keep you updated on the status of your medication and work with you to have all medications refilled the same time every month. They are the only pharmacy we've used that actually has medications available when they say it will be. Unlike other pharmacies, you will get the same consistency from every employee. Knowledgeable, friendly, consistent and caring.

I could not be more please!! Andrew's delivers all my Rx and lots less. I have never been this happy about getting my RX. I don't think you can top this place with the time and care they put into their customers. They treat you like family. From deliveries to searching to see if they can find a better on your prescription. They know you by name pretty quickly. They listen to your problems. The truly treat you like family. The staff are absolutely amazing. They have gone above and beyond many times for my family.
