Dixie Pharmacy

The staff here is amazing. Their card machine was down when I came, and I was not able to come back for another week . It came back up, and they called me to come back and grab my meds before they closed. That was very friendly and kind of them.

Just use a big retail pharmacy, they aren't even taking new customers which only isn't a good look but also means they can't handle nor control the customer input they have now.

I'm so lucky to have Dixie pharmacy as my pharmacy. They just filled a prescription and I was running out the door and put 4 in a cubby. I have one designated but im getting another one for meds that I will need soon.I called and they reminded me that I got them. I found them in 3 minutes. They take care of me so well. I just knew I had them. I have so many prescriptions and once in a while if I'm sick or have a migraine they always help me. I just love them. Im super lucky to have them as my pharmacy Thank you Lori Shirk.

Dr. Called in a compound suppository prescription and was given an over the counter capsule suppository instead. No one said anything about it not being what was actually ordered when It was purchased. Didn't notice till I left it was the wrong thing... I cannot use the capsules because they irritate my skin, hence why i have a DOCTOR prescribe a COMPOUND prescription. When I went to return the medication I was told that they cannot compound over the counter drugs... They have been selling this Medication over the counter for several years now so the sudden change makes no sense. If that is the case then the proper thing to do would be to call and let the customer know they cannot make the compound order, not fill it with something thats different from what i've been getting for years. I am having it filled at another pharmacy that said there is no issue and I can have it compounded like I need. Not sure why this has happened all of a sudden but I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional and rude. No reason to be that way. One phone call could have saved us all the trouble.

This place is way better then Walgreens! They are nice quick and efficient. They also deliver if needed and its free. Changing my prescriptions to this place was one of the best decisions I've made. Again thank you for yourn hard work and kindness being a ex Walgreens customer I wasn't used to it.

The fact that they are in the same building as my doctor is wonderful! The pharmacist was so friendly!! Love that for sure 😊 …
