This is by far the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. They consistently cannot fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Even when I give them several extra days from what the ordering app suggests, they still need more time, and I have to go without my prescriptions for days. All they say is that they're running behind. I am definitely switching pharmacies.

I have had problems before and for a while they were better. No more and never again. My prescription was supposed to be ready last Wednesday. There was an insurance snafu, that was fixed. I called several days in a row to check the status. No answer. My provider told me she had sent it in and to go get it. I arrived at 11:10 this morning. The lady said, "oh, we haven't filled it. Come back in 20 to 30 minutes." I came back 95 minutes later. It was not filled. I asked to speak to the manager. When I began to discuss that and my calls not going through he argued about all the prescriptions he has to fill. He said, "I am not going to drop everything and fill your prescription." I said let's communicate and told me that I need to listen. He was already doing all the talking. I tried my best. to be polite but I was incredibly shocked. I told him I wanted to reach an agreement. He then said, "I'm not your sounding board." I filled a complaint with the store manager and then with Kroger in Cincinnati. Apparently, there will be an investigation. I have never seen anything like this before and I will never do business here again.

I didn't pick up one a prescription for 2 years, when I went to pick up my prescriptions it was still there .. When I go to pick my new prescription, I just got prescribed and I need it!!! Is already put back. So get what you don't need!!! And what you need is put back, I guess I just have to wait till next doctor's visit.

Not sure who should have contacted me, insurance or the pharmacy but I had my prescription on auto refills and assumed it would be ready and I wouldn’t have any problems because for a couple months, it has been going smoothly. So whatever, it’s on hold and I’m thinking okay maybe they ran out and it’ll be ready tomorrow no worries. I was wrong lol. Apparently my insurance company told them they could not approve it because I now have to go to Walgreens, which is no problem at all, but I’m just wondering why nobody told me?? I’m glad I waited on the phone to talk to someone and NOT an automated robot so I could know this critical piece of information. So now I have to wait even longer for my prescription and I am completely out and it gives me a pretty nasty headache when I miss a dose, so. :(

If you have a Rx for a controlled medication do NOT use this place. I have been disrespected and humiliated by the pharmacist to the point that I was ashamed to pick it up. I am 3 months post-op from spinal surgery and have never been spoken to the way I was today. It has taken me all day and hours to get this Rx moved and I will move all of my other Rx as well as my family's to anyplace but here. I live in a 55+community and will tell them all, my church, my PC and anyone I meet there to stay away from Kroger. SHAME ON THEM for treating an existing customer and current patient the way they did. I'm sure I'm not the first and won't be the last.

The customer service at this location has declined drastically. The pharmacy manager is very rude and disrespectful. I called today to refill my mothers prescription and wanted to ensure the pricing was correct as we have trouble 90% of the time he very rudely placed me back with the automated system. People need to remember that they applied for the jobs they work. They weren't hand selected and forced to become pharmacists or technicians.

Would have to say the most unprofessional and uncaring pharmacy I have ever dealt with - depending on what time of day you go and who you speak with you will get several different stories with really no explanation. Waited weeks on their end for help with approval for a medication - thought things were solved and I was in the clear. Called multiple times a day for over a week to get this done, at times starting back at square one. This time I am told at 10 AM to come back by 8 PM to pick up a script, I watched the tech confirm with the pharmacist they had the medication, make another trip up at 7:30 to be told it’s now on backorder. My provider called in this prescription on NOVEMBER 21 - thankfully I had extra. Glad I will get it a month later than supposed to. Just poor, poor management and people skills. Not that it is any tech’s responsibility to solve any of my health problems nor is it their fault for any shortage but if they give you unfavorable news - which is 90% of the time - you’re pretty much SOL with no double check or solution offered. Stay away if you can help it.

I went to pick up my grand babies prescription. The prescription had been called in close to 7 hours before earlier. I was told it was 10 minutes till closing and he didn’t have time to fill it to come back tomorrow and it would be ready. I was the only customer and the employees were standing around chatting. RUDE and Inconsiderate. I have used this pharmacy for decades. I’m so disappointed with them.

Customer service here is garbage. The wait time is ridiculously long no matter what time of day you go, and even worse in the evenings. I've multiple times spent 20 minutes plus waiting in line only for them to go to lunch with people still waiting in line, most recently with them closing the drive through curtain essentially in my face. Don't bother calling either. Never once have I had anyone answer when I try to call.
