Recently moved into the area. They were able to transfer all of my medications and fill the ones that I needed within a matter of days. Received a text letting me know that medication was ready for pickup. Picked everything up in the drive thru without any problems.
Worst Rx place ever. Evah! Doesn’t pick up phones, never have my full list of meds, only ever have 2 people working, drive thru has been open 3 times in 21 years I’ve lived in Bburg. Prices are always different when I go in. Half the time I get someone else’s meds.
Awful location - Drive thru never open during open hours - phones are never answered - rude when they do answer - scripts never filled in a timely manner - understaffed - unogranized - bad communication - poor customer service I have been a customer of Kroger Pharmacies for years and Brandenburg is by far the worst location I have had experience with. Pam, the pharmacist, was very rude to me. I understand they are understaffed and probably feel pressure, and I am empathetic to that; but it is not my fault if the company doesn't want to hire and staff appropriately. My husband, myself and my children are all very happy to move to a new pharmacy. Don't use them.
Oct 2022 Pharmacy had gotten better but here we are again. Short hours of operation. Rude technicians or clerks. Excessive wait times again. I stayed last time for the fuel points. Now that those were cut in half it's not worth staying now. I'm done. The Brandenburg Kroger pharmacy is the slowest I have ever been to. There's one lady at the counter waiting on them to prepare her meds. They aren't taking the next person and moving on. We've been in line for about 15 minutes and there's only 3 of us. It not like they are really busy. Just slow. Some of us can't stand for this long atone time. Get a move on. Why does it takes days to a week to a prescription filled. This is ridiculous. People need their medication. They don't seem to care.
First off I want to thank Linda because she is the sweetest lady!!!! She needs to run the pharmacy! I’m not sure what’s going on but the service is unacceptable. People need their medication and some people can’t go two weeks without it because the pharmacy is backed up. I called in my birth control 4 weeks ago! They did not have it ready for two weeks. My doctor also wrote on my prescription for the pharmacy not to switch generics because of the slight difference in hormone levels causes me a lot of female issues! Not only did I have to go without the pill for two weeks (ladies we all know what happens when you miss pills and I’m not talking about pregnancy). When I finally was able to get my prescription they changed the generic on me and I’m having even more issues. I know it’s just birth control but what about other people with more serious medical conditions? I’m switching pharmacies ASAP.
Great people being overworked! I wouldn't last 1 hour working there. Wish I could pat them all on the back. Don't get mad at the employees for being overwhelmed. It is what it is. Small facility doing the job of a big one. Be nice. Be grateful.
It is always pretty good service but during the COVID it has been unreal. Waited one & half hrs in the drive through & had already ordered & pd for it. I am on drug for seizures since my stroke & certain pickups should be on time. Would not answer phone, other Kroger’s told me the wouldn’t answer them either so you had to go & wait or make several trips. They kept telling me they were short handed. They should not allow people through the drive in unless they have ordered first. It’s the meds you have to have that are necessary to live are the ones that are serious. It has been a night mare for me. They should at least have someone there that can answer the phone & let you know how long it will be & the urgency of some meds. Love Kroger’s but it’s been the worst of the worst.
This is the worst Kroger pharmacy I have ever seen. If you plan on getting your prescriptions here plan on waiting for an hour. This is sitting in your car or standing in line. They’re process is based on the old time pharmacies where you walk up to the counter and they fill it right in front of you. There is no such thing as having your prescription sent to the store, go to the counter and the medications are in the bag awaiting for the pharmacy people to hand it to you and let you pay. Oh no, 20 minute process per person. Stay Away, or be prepared to waste 1 hour of your day.
The pharmacist that use to work there some years ago was the very best, since his retirement things have never been the same. You can never get anybody to answer the phone... EVER! I have had robo calls telling me my prescription is ready for pickup only to sit in drive through line for 20-30 mins then get to the window and be told it wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. Staff is nice and seem to be curious but also seem to be oblivious to anything other than running the cash register! The worst pharmacy experience ever!
I went through earlier today to pick up my prescriptions, well we get there and it’s closed bc they were on their lunch. We wait it out, get up there and ask if my prescription is ready, the lady said no, it’ll be another 20-30 mins, frustrated, I told her it was supposed to be ready by 11:30 (it was 1:30 at this point) she then asked who told me that in a very rude almost snarky way. I let her know I had called and asked earlier, she then tells us it will still be another 15 mins. She didn’t even bother to check for me. Not even 2 minutes later she had it. Maybe if she would’ve checked instead of getting an attitude I wouldn’t be leaving this review.
If I could give it zero I would. A month ago it took 45 min almost an hour to get through the drive thru . I was parked for a solid 40 minutes before things moved. Today it was 20 minutes of waiting for the car at the window to move. If …
There’s always a long line, the drive through is never open, and my prescriptions are never ready when they’re supposed to be. They don’t answer the phone when you call. It’s really unacceptable. After I get my next script filled (finally), I will never be back. There’s got to be somewhere better than this Kroger pharmacy.
The staff here are friendly but the drive thru is a huge waste of time. Been waiting for 20 minutes and not a single car has moved. What is going on that it takes this long to hand someone a prescription? If its not ready, politely ask the …
No continuity of information among the entire staff . There phone is a waste of space because THEY DON'T USE IT. They say my Rx is ready BUT it's a fake out. IT'S NOT. They LIE about my insurance coverage. Even though I pay more for brand names, the pharmacy must make more $$$$ off of generics.
I would give a zero if I didnt like the pharmacist Ash. They are way understaffed, never answer the phones, and literally just called twice and second time a lady answered saying "we will be with you shortly" and hung up. Let's not forget …
It seems at times, im at this pharmacy more than my home and I have seen the good and the bad. Regardless of how long the lines or how much time it seems to take, I am always greeted by a smiling face. I always see Ash running around doing …
I am giving them 5 stars bc of Mary! She is awesome and I just want her to know she is appreciated. Its very seldom you meet people patient, and willing to help, but she has been and continues to be. I also have to credit the younger dark, …
Awful location. Would give zero stars if possible. I have to come 3-4x before the prescription is filled. Every month. They never have a legitimate reason for not doing their job.
Service is in the toilet . They will not answer the phone to even see if meds are ready and I've learned you don't just go chances are they won't be ready. Please someone do something hate to move to Walmart but looks better everytime I get my monthly medß filled
Legitimately not even worth using the lose my scripts every time the doc calls them in they never open their window. I am so done with this place.
