Horrible. Worst pharmacy ever. Haven’t been able to get my meds for a week due to a 3 hour wait with 15+ people in line (pictures) They never answer the phone, and what’s the point in a drive they when it’s NEVER open? I’m having medication withdrawals and can’t even call to make sure my script is ready before waiting 3 hours to be told they don’t have it. (Which happens every other time due to their FLAWED refill system. DO NOT use this pharmacy, it’s an absolute disgrace.

Easy access back to Interstate 65. Has most essential items. Good prices on tylenol, band aides, etc. Earn fuel points with your purchases.

TERRIBLE!! If you are just getting an antibiotic for something this place is fine. If you have to go more than once DO NOT DO IT! You will never get through on the phone, they will fill prescriptions they don’t need to, then not fill ones that have been called in. So after your hour wait in line they can then start to fill a 3 day old prescription. If you feel like spending half of your day here, not be able to call and speak to ANYONE in the pharmacy ever - this is the place for you.

You call in because you need to pick up your medicine and they tell you it will be ready in 30 minutes and you get there and they tell you will not be done until tomorrow. Most of the people that work there are not in a huge hurry and the older man who fills your medicine is rude as hell. So if you need your medicine filled you better wait a week and you might get it.

If your prescriptions are important to you, and communication between your doctor and pharmacist is important to you CHOOSE ANOTHER PHARMACY! After I left I went to Walgreens they quickly spoke to my doctor, shared information and I was on my way home in just 10 minutes.

Took my business to CVS sometime back because of MULTIPLE issues. Wrong insurance info even though I had given them an updated card. I went through a bout of being sick and there were several occasions they did not have what was perscribed. One was a very common antibiotic eye drop. Always a long wait even if you are the only one in line. On more than one occasion I waited 10+ minutes to be acknowledged. I always used there online refill system which is the only thing that is efficient at this pharmacy and if I did need to drop a new one off I would give them as long as they needed to fill it. I am aware I was not their only customer. The final straw for me was when I dropped off 3 new ones and asked for a price check as she was once again updating my information as they somehow "lost" my insurance info. The lady was helpful and told me how much they would cost, etc. I told her to call me when they were ready. So I went to get them and they tell me one was out of stock. My question was why wasn't I told when they were price quoting and why wasn't I called and at least told before I came back there was an issue??? Ended up going to Walgreens across the street and getting that one filled. The only reason I am leaving a review now is because my husband still gets his meds there. We went through the drive thru, no wait which was good and the girl at the windows had the worst customer service skills! Would not let him explain that he had gotten one month not three as she was insisting. Kept saying his insurance was maxed out. But oh wait they had the wrong insurance company!!! He gave her his card and with one glance she yeah that's what we have and it is maxed out, you will need to call them. This med is 347.00 and she said after my husband said I can't afford that.." I figured you couldn't". That was rude she was rude and unhelpful. He went back to the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist and it was a doctor mistake. Had that lousy CS tech listened she might have been helpful! You want good service go somewhere else!!

I called this pharmacy for the help of a pharmacist in the hopes of having a prescription called in there that I could afford. She chose not to use the resources I know she has at her fingertips to help me and instead referred me to my doctor for a matter that should certainly be her job (affordable and fewer side effects). Pharmacists like this woman make me hope the industry is automated soon. Does she not realize that helping me with her knowledge is the only reason the profession still exists? Horrible customer service, likely overworked and understaffed, definitely not underpaid!!! I will not be using this Kroger anytime soon.

Literally the best pharmacy I’ve had! Their staff is so nice! And have never made me wait for a prescription!! Will never go back to Walgreens. I know everyone is dealing with staffing issues, but they’ve treat me with the upmost respect every time I’ve been!!
